This store continues to not be worth going in. Every time I do the workers seem to know how to over charge you and give you exactly what you don’t need. This is the worse store and the only store here. Thinking of moving service just because of this 1 store!

Much like many of the other reviewers before me, my girlfriend and I were sold refurbished, defective phones and charged new prices.When we called the customer service line we were told that the matter could only be resolved in store, but that corporate would be making a note of the matter and checking up on it.When we went into the store to attempt to resolve the issue we spoke with a man who claimed to be the new GM, who wasn't working there when the phones were sold to us. He claimed he couldn't find any information about our transaction in the system, then told us that we had to provide the sales documentation we received when we bought the phones, even though we provided him with proof that both our phones, again, sold as new, were refurbished. Without that, he informed us, there was nothing he could do for us.My girlfriend has been a loyal Metro customer for over a decade, but since this is how Metro treats long term customers we're probably going to switch to a different carrier. AT&T maybe, or Sprint. Certainly not Metro or T-Mobile.
