called the main number three separate times trying to speak with a rep. I heard the pick up the phone and slam it shut. Second time heard them pick it up put it off the hook then hang up. Poor service your hours say open to six I’m calling at 4pm

Great experience and customer service!Paid off my first vehicle and just bought my 2nd.What I enjoyed and why I strongly recommend them, they are personable, understanding and work with you to get the best deal.They also have a mechanic on site, which is very helpful.There’s a process but that’s with any business.I’ve sent several family member and friends to them in the past years and have received positive experience/feedback as I have.Strong believer in supporting local business! They are heartless human beings all of these car dealerships are they basically told us that we're screwed and no one will help us do not waste your time going there and also they use bad credit and no credit to get you there probably write fake reviews to so do not I repeat do NOT go there

I showed up at 5:30pm cash in hand. The heavy set black man said, " We can do nothing today it's almost closing time we close it's 6 o'clock I wanna go home." He was maybe maintenance there definitely wasn't a sales associate. He made me Feel really uncomfortable like they didn't want to sell me a car So I test drove a car I really wanted it and I really liked it. We went back to the car lot and told them we wanted it and they told us OK come back tomorrow and we'll make the deal. Needless to say I did not go back I went to another car lot that night and purchased a car. The sales associates at Murry Motors stayed past closing to make their commission and to make sure I was happy! M & M motors does not care about the customer only about closing time and going home!
