I had them repair three large dents on my truck and a few dings on my doors and fenders. The quality of their work and attention to detail are second to none. My truck looks like it just came off the showroom floor. Also, the gentleman and young lady in the office are really friendly.

Quality of work is terrible and subpar. Staff interactions are like being bullied in 3rd grade.would not recommend for any collision repair. The worst part is this shop was recommended by my insurance 10 out of 10 do not recommend.Services: Painting

Our GMC Acadia was hit in the hood with a softball. Since Jones and Hadley is preferred by our insurance, we trusted them to do a good job. It has less than 18,500 mikes on it and is the most expensive vehicle we’re ever owned. When we got it back, it was damaged on a part that they had to remove to put the new hood on. The owner said he was believing his employee, and that we had done it ourselves. So we had to file another claim to repair the damage they most certainly did do. I usually don’t write bad reviews even if I’m not satisfied but as a consumer with no other alternative, it is justified. We also filed a complaint against them with the insurance company. It was very stressful and costly to us. No way would we ever go back there or recommend them. They also went over their estimatemore than $500.00. So beware.
