I have gone back to H&R Block year matter year due to the stellar Customer Service that I have always received from your staff. However, it wasn't until I started dealing with Nancy Somes, in your Texas office, that I have sought her out year after year and wouldn't let anyone else touch my taxes but her. This is a lot to say more so given that I live in the state of Alaska.
