I'm extremely pleased with the truck I bought from Gulf Coast. I did a ton of homework before purchasing the truck, as you should, so I knew my budget, about what the truck should cost and what I was getting. The deal I ended up with was great and I was ultimately happy. That said, the deal was not without issue. I won't go into the issue except to say there were multiple factors involved with both Gulf Coast and me, a misunderstanding best describes. Those things are going to happen. It is what happens from there that defines a business. Gulf Coast stepped up and made things a right as they could possibly make them. It's a matter of integrity and in my opinion, Gulf Coast showed me theirs. Things happened that no one intended, it's how they're handled that makes or breaks a business. I am grateful for how things were handled and respect was earned. I surely could have just walked out of the dealership and taken my business elsewhere. Gulf Coast talked the talk of being a hometown dealership and taking are of their loyal customers. For me, they walked the walk and I'm grateful. Go see Tilman and Ray, I was well taken care of.

Dan Ybarra of Gulf Coast Ford was very helpful on the phone and when i got to the dealership. Nick was also friendly and helpful as he walked us through the financial arrangements. I know we are going to enjoy our new Ford Edge.

This was the best experience I’ve had with a Ford dealership. I would gladly drive the 5 hours from DFW to Angleton each time I needed to service my vehicle.
Adam Gott exceeded my expectations for a service advisor. He introduced me to the great culture this Gulf Coast Ford prides themselves in! They treat you like family and make sure you are taken care of no matter what!
I would recommend this Ford service center/dealership to anyone and I will be back in the future if I am in the south Texas region again!

Absolutely amazing buying experience today. I worked with Tilman Walker and Dustin Garner in sales. Fantastic gentlemen. My new to me Expedition and finance paperwork were ready within a couple hours during a very busy morning. The process was smooth, I was sold what I wanted with no games. Definitely recommend!

4th truck just bought from Gulf Cost Ford. Cody is great to work with. Total of my time invested to make the purchase was maybe an hour and that includes the 40 min drive to the dealership. I did have to wait about 1.5 years from the order to come in from Ford, but I got a new 24 Raptor R the way I wanted it built. Thanks Cody!
