I called late yesterday to get an appointment to have my skid control ECU reprogrammed due to a recall. Dakota gave me a 9:30 appointment this morning (yes, less than 18-hours after my call) and I was on my way in an hour. Even though the waiting room was very comfortable, I spent a little while looking at new cars. Much to my surprise, I wasn't ambushed by several gung ho salespeople. I'm pretty sure this is my new go-to place for new cars and service.

I got a bill of $2,500.00 waiting for me when I go and get my Chevrolet Tahoe,,this happened this year "April 1 2024....but you want the best!

Eric Pate was our salesman when we were just browsing. We ended up driving away with a brand new car! We are extremely satisfied with the way the sale was handled on all parts. It was quick and easy. Definitely recommend headed to Gulf Coast Chevrolet and letting Eric help you out.

Toyota service was excellent. I called Monday morning, After leaving my car door ajar for 2 days resulting in a dead battery then getting it recharged, I really needed my battery checked. I also needed a lot of maintenance checks. They scheduled my car for an hour after my call. Thank you so much Toyota. Your reputation is the reason I bought my car.

Do NOT BUY CARS FROM THIS PLACE! They scammed me so bad. I drove all the way from Austin to purchase my jeep and they sold me a warranty I could never use because it's on a lift kit which is how I purchased it from them. The warranty company said they should have never sold me the warranty knowing I could not use it. Neither party is trying to make things right. It's sad that people get to get away with evil things like this. Had I lifted it myself then that would be on me. But that's how I bought it. Scam Scam Scam. Go get a car from some where else where people actually know how to do their jobs and don't run scams to get extra money out of you. Disgusting company with no remorse. They said "oh well we can't help you" literally didn't even try. How do people sleep at night knowing the wrong they've done I'll never understand. Ladies beware men take advantage of you when you don't have a man assisting you doing car business.

have had such a horrible experience with them i got an oil change twice and both times my car oil was low I have called and told them of the problem so I went to Walmart the first time and brought a quart of oil and put it in my car then in august I let them change my oil again and it happen again so I call them and told them again but no one would let me speak to management so that time I went and brought oil from oreally in Clute tx and got someone to check the oil level and it was low with my car engine making a noise. So he put the oil in my car and it help the noise to calm down . So last Thursday my car engine blown out . So I call them and they only got my car towed there . But when speaking to me John he was rude and very aggressive that they were not at fault . So I asked to speak with another person so I got mr mark he call me and asked to speak to me about the situation at first he was on board with fixing my car and replacing my engine with no labor or cost to me but last Saturday it was no we are not fixing anything. So I have been asking to speak with the owner mr baldwin but nobody want to give him my information . So I would say don't buy here or let them do your service I been done wrong from being lied too . To being giving the run around and now being hassled Everyday . Stay away from this place I have no car now and do you think that care no they don't. I am a honorable person and that don't lie . I have spoken the truth but hopefully God shows y'all mercy because this right here is wrong and ungodly on some many levels.

I purchased a private party truck that had issues and ended up needing a new frame. Per Toyota they did not want to service my truck due to the condition of the frame and liability . I completely understood, and spent the last 2 months sourcing a new frame and finding someone to do the job. Fast forward to today I have a new suspension new rear end new frame rust free . My brakes are spongy and my alignment on my steering wheel is not aligned so I brought it in. 45 minutes later John the service manager and I speak and I am being told that he doesn't want to be married to my truck because of the rusted frame . I asked him if he even walked outside and saw that I have all new parts and new frame since the last time he saw it . Puzzled , walked outside and looked under my truck as if I was lying. Pretty terrible service if you ask me. If I bring you a job and I'm willing to pay money for that job to be completed you should be more grateful and less entitled to "cherry pick" customers and jobs. If I were the owner / GM and saw money being turned away I would be shocked. Money obviously isn't an object when it comes to upgrades or repairs on this truck . It's realistically a $6,000-$8,000 truck. I currently have about $20,000 into it. AND I DONT CARE. I will take my truck and my CASH that would be contributing to keeping the lights on at this place elsewhere. So everyone if you have a truck not under warranty support your local mom and pop places that work hard and don't just cherry pick jobs or focus on maintenance I.e oil changes only.
