The manager assistant is very rude. Manager doesn't return a call. I was told she is to busy with her family and kids. The apartments are way out of price range and the up keep is very bad. I lived there 2 times before and the managers were very nice and helpful. The place has gone down hill very fast.

Poor management and she is very racist the owners need a new manager because what's her name Julie she like haras her guest and residents this lady is un professional I wish I would got a video of how she treated her guest all in their face and just being g a Karen but that lady dose not need to work their with how she treats guest and residents that lady should be fired or resign because she is very unprofessional at her job I recommend. New management that dose nor discriminate she st8 up told the cops I was a brown male she racial profiled me and harassed me and is very unprofessional

At this point, I'm just ready to move. It's always something. Now it's the roaches. My husband and I are very clean. We put away all dishes at night, ensure trash is out, and everything is clean, but the roaches are just too much! I am told that pest control will come out more often, I have seen him once. Someone was supposed to come out and pull out the fridge and stove, no one came. We have been here going on 5 months. You can't say these apartments are luxury with this many roaches. I'm just ready to move.

I’m still very much concerned that I pay for concierge trash pick up and guy never shows up; and whenever he does, it is always at his own convenience. I have lived here 2 months plus now and pest control guy hasn’t visited. I am not happy

I'm a single mom and let me just tell you.. these apartments and the staff here are just absolutely amazing. Requests are taken care of promptly and the apartments are quiet. It's been such a great experience living here.

The best management team around. Maintenance is fast and reliable. Great and friendly neighbors. Pool is clean 98-99% of the time and doesn't take long to get cleaned. Plenty of parking available.

These apartments are fantastic. :)Edit: I've been living in the Cambridge for about 2 years now, and I have no complaints whatsoever. The gate is always working, which is a gem nowadays. If you ever put in a work order, the guy literally takes care of it that day, unless it requires some sort of special order that results in a prolonged length of time, due to having to order it. There were a couple of times that my rent was going to be a few days late and they were understanding, so they didn't charge me an extra $100 fee, unlike most complexes. The apartment is fantastic and was totally renovated before I moved in. I've never heard any of the neighbors from inside my home. The residents are friendly and it's definitely a good place to raise your kids.
