We have had an extremely poor experience with this company, rivaled only with the challenges of ending our contracts. Oversold products (convinced someone a small church needed its own server?) and poorly installed systems just the beginning. Their response to calls and letters to end an end to leased equipment? Ignored!

We have used BCOS Inc for well over 15 years for our convenience copiers and have always had a good response time from techs as well as sales reps. The reps will work with you to make sure you get what you need, unlike some places that tell you what you need. The techs will make sure that they get your machine back up and running in a timely manner. And the office personnel are willing to help if you have a problem, they will do their best to fix whatever issue you may have. I would recommend BCOS Inc to everyone. Give them a call and see if they can help out.

We were hit with Ransomware and because this company failed to back up our software to the cloud or any other external hard drive, we lost everything for the year 2020. They felt saving our file to a local drive was protection enough. Good luck if you are currently using or considering using this company.
