Stayed a few times as a guest. Ghetto! Bugs of every kind and the entire place is infested with roaches. They spray regularly and barely make a dent. They don't replace old rusted faucets, bad toilet parts, and the resin on the counter tops literally has dead roaches stuck in them (see pictures). Disgusting! Take a very close look.
Way over priced for what a person has to deal with. Not good for the prices!

Went by this this afternoon for a tour and met Jazmin & Ashley in the office. Ashley welcomed me into her office to get pricing and info about the property. Jazmin offered water and snack while I got info. We all went to tour. the property was clean and well maintained.I passed an older maintenance guy that was working. I look forward to making this my new home soon. Thank you management

Stopped by yesterday for a tour and Ashley and Jaslyn were amazing. As soon as you go in they both welcome you and make it feel like at home. Very thorough on how the process is and the steps for applying and moving in. Even though I am not looking to move until April they still took the time out to help. If you stop by make sure you talk to either one of them.

This apartment complex has had such a big turn around! They’ve really changed so much. Inside apartments are nice. The manager and assistant manager are the nicest people. Helpful and attentive. Maintenance is always on top of things! Stairs have been redone!

Rotted stairs, fell through and dislocated my shoulder. Car filled with bullet holes. Walls falling apart. Broken laundry machines. Black mold everywhere. Whatever you do NEVER LIVE HERE

I've been living here for 2 years and at first I had no problems but the head maintenance man is very rude..and unprofessional doesn't like to fix anything every time I go to the office to put a work order in he never comes to fix.. otherwise the management and the black maintenance man, is pretty good..

Had to wait til after I moved out to file a claim against them for my vehicle. When I had first talked to them after the pipes busted they said it was a FEMA problem?. Maintenance takes weeks. There has been multiple robberies. And cops are always there for something. Washer and dryers smell of mold and when we first moved in there was a few shootings. NOT A PLACE FOR KIDS!!!

This place is awful.the stairs are dangerous and the outside walk areas going up the stairs are all rotten the brick is falling off of the sides of the building. I don't recommend renting from them
