Gloria and Cassie and the nicest person in the bank and take care of me everytime wouldn’t bank with no one else but Woodforest they give me Halloween candy everytime I visit

This Woodforest Bank Branch is the best!! Everyone here goes above & beyond to help the customers. If I have a problem I know I can go in they will resolve my problem. Everyone is treated with respect & courtesy. I wouldn’t bank any where else.

Since moving back to Amarillo I have had to get a new debit card 2 times! My bank tellers on I-40 in Walmart have helped me so much! Somehow there were charges that I did not make myself. The tellers were so helpful an talked to me about being more aware when I use my card in public or online purchases! I’m retired an the scammers are busy 365, a never take a vacation! Thank you to the tellers that always help me! ???

This bank messed up my ssi check and I was with them for over 10 years but they have taught me a lesson and the desk clerks didn't seem to care in the least so I will definitely be moving to another more professional like bank and I would advise others to go somewhere else as well .....
