“Wow! The Expression Factory Outlet was a great shopping experience. Walking in, things were neat, some things were being folded, everyone was doing tasks. Some associates were working with guests others were handling the day to day operations. I felt personally cared for and appreciated all the help the associates provided as I shopped for a dress. They got me a bigger size and even went as far as steaming out the wrinkles because I was attending the event and had no access to one. “Anna, Jordan, and Jadyn all helped my daughter and I on our recent visit. My daughter has a hard time finding clothes due to sensory/texture issues. I shop here often, and decided to take her in to see if she liked their new tween styles. Every associate treated her like she was the one spending money, and talked to her instead of myself on things she likes. I appreciated their attention to her and help in finding clothing that worked for her. We found many items and she left feeling great.”
“The employees are very helpful and the clothing is amazing. I went to Europe for two weeks and only took two of their travel khaki pants and a few of their no iron pants. The clothes were great. I would wash them in the sink, hang them up and they were ready to wear the next day. Didn't even have to iron them.”
