“Normally has the best price in town… but I always check the Walmart just down the road. Sometimes they are extremely close in price so I pass he line at Sam’s to head over to Walmart for gas.”

“I went to Sams on Ross thinking they closed at 9pm got there about 10 til 8. Elsa the sweet woman in the clothing dept was kind and helped me I was there for mums, saw a friend post mums from Sams. Well we found them not even on the floor yet she did everything possible reached out to Tammy another amazing young lady that went above and beyond for me to get these Mums. Long story short these two ladies were amazing and so very helpful. I am very grateful for all you both did for me and I wish there were more kind and selfless people like you both! Thank you again and lets hope I can keep these beautiful Mums alive haha!”

“Staff throughout the store were very helpful to this rookie Sam's Club shopper. New to the Amarillo area, I needed plenty of direction. Staff at the check out were also helpful, mostly trying to get folks to use the self checkout lane. I resisted. Fortunately, someone decided to simply have more checkout lanes. Excellent move. In an effort to support more jobs, not fewer, customers are resisting the corporate effort to turn us all into supermarket cashiers. So they raise prices and then expect us to do the work for free that they formerly paid to real people. Thanks to my family for opening my eyes to the insidious corporate reality. Rant to continue!”

“I've always preferred Sam's Club over Costco, but the Scan & Go feature is genius!! If you haven't tried it, DO IT! Scan the barcodes as you shop and show your phone at the door. No cashier lines! An incredible time-saver!”
