I highly recommend this Pharmacy. They have a new Pharmacy Manager and she is amazing. My son has Autism, so he gets bad anxiety in crowded places. She had a stress ball, she gave him. The squishy kids ball with beads in it. That was so cool and thoughtful. She is very informative and she doesn't try to hang up on you quickly or brush you off. So this Walmart pharmacy has changed for the better in so many ways. Very good and positive energy. Plus having a drive through is a plus.

The worst customer service ever.This pharmacy doesn’t deserve one star.I have been there many months for my blood pressure meds and there is always an excuse for not helping out in a timely manner. Not jus the time but the rudeness they possess.I go in there tonight at 658 in a hurry after a very long day for my blood pressure meds and stood there til they started pulling the gates down. One customer ahead of me and at 702 pm they tell me that can’t ring me out because the computers time them out. I needed 3 meds to control my hypertension and told me to come back tomorrow.Wow what a way to treat someone that spends thousands of dollars in one Walmart store. I’m done and will tell as many people as I can about these people.Y’all are one of the worst in customer service in the Amarillo area!!!!I will be posting this on every site I can.

The older man I had help me today was very nice. However the young man named Jace next to him was rude. He was demanding to the customers and rolled his eyes multiple times like he didn’t want to be there in front of customers and while on the phone. He did not provide good customer service today. Even though he didn’t help me…I witnessed him be very unprofessional to others.

Thank you Liz for being a great manager and always going over and beyond. This will continue to be my favorite pharmacy. Thank you for taking care of me and my daughter. I have been coming to this pharmacy for over a year now. I have only had one lady that has been rude every time I have came in the last month but you make up for her rudeness if it was not for you I would have started going somewhere else. The old manager was great to and the staff that was there when he was. Thank you so much

I’ve been getting my scripts here for about a decade- same meds- this is my FOURTH time back to pick them up and they’re still not ready- waited in line in the drive through for 15 minutes yesterday to get them with two cars in front two in back, stuck. Got to the window at 7:04 and he refused to help me. Came back today and was told they were put back this morning and now they’ll have to contact my doctor to fill them. This is just bad customer service. The first time I got a call they were ready came up and was told they hadn’t been filled in over a month. I will never be back- stay away!!!!

Courtney is fantastic! He always takes the time to answer any questions I have. I have to have a different generic medication than they typically carry on their shelf; he is so thoughtful because he makes sure that he has my medication in stock. I can’t even remember when I had to wait on a medication to be ordered so I don’t have delays in filling any of my prescriptions!Tabitha is great! Always friendly and smiling… she even knows my information by heart! There are several other nice pharmacy personnel here.I have friends with horror stories about their pharmacies. I’ve experienced my share of difficulty from other pharmacies in the past. I just can’t imagine going anywhere else!

I asked my husband to pickup a bag of cat food that I had already paid for online earlier today and he waited 30 minutes in the numbered pickup spot and called 3 times, nobody would pickup. He finally went inside and just re-bought it and told an employee inside and all she could say was "that's weird, nobody is working the pickup area today" and my husband told her well you have a completely full parking lot of people waiting on their orders out there. And all she could say was that's weird. Wow atleast have someone tell customers or leave a note on the signs if you don't have staff to work it!! All the pickup spots were full of people just waiting for no reason. This service is supposed to be convenient, but it ended up wasting my husbands time after he worked an 8 hour day and then he still had to go inside to hunt down the 1 item I had already paid for! If Nobody was working that department then why did I get a notification that its ready for pickup? The tooth fairy must have gotten it ready for me! Completely incompetent store manager/staff/ or whoever does scheduling

I have used this pharmacy for 3 years and the service is horrible. They have overcharged me for the last time and I don't recommend them to anyone. I have had a tech lie to my face about discount cards and try to cover it up. Today I exercise my 1st Amendment right & I am walked on for the last time. Tabitha started ringing up another customer in the middle of our transaction as well after I had a problem with the amount even though I was still paying. Downright rude and not nice customer service. 2 thumbs down
