Nice clean store. Pharmacy staff is helpful when you call. They usually have items I buy in stock. I believe it's a 24-hour store.

There is a lady who works at this Walgreens (I’ll get her name next time) and she is always so slow, makes off the wall comments, and all around not good at her job. I literally stood in line for 20 minutes. If I did not NEED this item, I would have left. Someone please see this and get rid of her.

I went to the pharmacy drive thru to get my uncle his meds he just got out of the hospital the lady was so rude with attitude and made me left upset I don’t think I would go to a Walgreens again they need to make sure customers are being treated kindly I went there on march 27th @ 9:15p

I have been going to Walgreen's on 34th & Bell for a long time. Well to make this long story short, the only person that is helpful in there is Michelle. The manager that was there couldn't figure out how to refund my money or refund me the difference. So I said just give me my money back & she still was not giving me the right amount I had paid. When I was walking out Michelle asked what happened & told me she would make it right & she did after a few words with the manager. Hope I don't have to deal with that manager or whatever she is, again. I am giving this review only a 3, because the problem was corrected.

Horrible experience with associate Sheila. I walked in, grabbed a drink and was wanting to reload some money onto my chime account. I told Sheila as she rang my one item in and she said we would have to do that after we were done with that transaction, no big deal. I give her the amount and she proceeds to throw the change on the counter when my hand was clearly out. As I’m scraping the change off of the counter she asked me how much. I told her the amount and she rolled her eyes and told me I’d have to go to the photo center and wait for a manager over there. Every other time I’ve done this they’ve called a manager to the counter and so i asked her if she could call them to the counter instead and she said “No, I’m not doing that for you. Go over there” and rolled her eyes again.! So off to the photo center i go. Thankfully the gentleman who helped me was extremely professional and nice.! He got me taken care of and i told him about my experience with Sheila and he said it was a REOCCURRING issue.!!!! That was the worst customer service I’ve ever received at a Walgreens.!!!

I normally don’t do reviews but after multiple times of this happening to my kids others need to be warned. This Walgreens location has to be the least put together in Amarillo. Prescriptions take almost a full day to get filled, their customer service in the pharmacy is terrible, and when you call to get help with anything they blow you off or give you the run around. If you’re getting your prescription filled and they take forever just call a different Walgreens (any of them) and have them call and get the prescription from this location. After doing this I got my kids medication in 10 minutes, after already waiting for 13 hours for this location to slap a sticker on a prefilled medication.

If I could give NEGATIVE stars I absolutely would!!! My daughter was released from the ER on 12-16-23 and went to the Walgreens on hillside 1st to fill her prescriptions. Since they lied to her and wasn’t able to fill them both she was told to find another Walgreens location herself and transfer it. She went to this location and was of course told by the pharmacy tech that my daughter couldn’t transfer it but that the Walgreens employee had to. She asked if the steroid she needed was available and they said yes. She was then told it wouldn’t be ready until the today 12-17-23. She has called multiple times and has been told they “don’t know when it will be ready.” She finally drove up to this location and was told they don’t carry this very common steroid and that it was coming from Dallas and it wouldn’t be here today but maybe tomorrow. Another lie after many from Walgreens. She asked the tech to see if she could locate it today at another location and once again the lazy tech at this location stated that’s not her job but would be up to my daughter. Since when did pharmacy techs decide not to assist a patient in obtaining medication?? This is NOT acceptable! We go to the pharmacy to get the medication that we need to to get the run around and EXTREMELY rude service! Now I understand why several people complain about this company and why so many are not using it. Definitely don’t fill your prescription here they don’t care about your health. They’re lazy and rude! Go to United they actually care there!

I used their photo center, I ordered online, they emailed me less than 10 minutes later that my order was ready! I walked in and was greeted by two kind employees, then I walked back to the photo center, paid for the photos, and they came out amazing! I got 5 prints of 8X10 from my wedding, and it was a very good price! Thank y’all for printing my wedding photos perfectly and quickly!

I wish I could give this place negative stars! DO NOT fill your prescriptions here! Or any Walgreens for that matter! My daughter was released from BSA ER on 12-16-23 with 2 prescriptions. She tried to fill at another Walgreens location which I'm also writing a review on. (Hillside and bell) since she was lied to by the other location about having the medication she was told by the tech at the hillside location it was my daughters job to call around to other Walgreens to see if her medication was available. This is not true it is definitely NOT the patients job to call around. Walgreens have computer systems for a reason and they have to do the transfer. So she came to this location. She was told they would get it filled and she could wait. She sat there for about and hour then asked what was going on. They stated they couldn't get it done today after all and it'll be ready tomorrow 12-17-23. Well it's 12-17-23 and she still does NOT have her medication. She called up to the pharmacy several times this morning and was told they didn't know when it would be ready but that it would be today. She decides to drive up there this afternoon to see what's going on and the extremely rude tech, no customer service skills whatsoever tells her they don't carry this very common steroid and that it's coming from Dallas but she doesn't know when it will be there. My daughter starts crying and begs the tech to see if any locations in Amarillo have it in stock today. Once again this lazy tech states it's "not her job" to call around but it's up to my daughter to call all of the other Walgreens locations. Since when did this become a thing? I have never filled at a pharmacy that told me it was my problem. They have always told me they don't have it but it'll be in on this day and time or we can transfer it to this location today and they have it. This is unacceptable behavior, a person goes to a pharmacy to get the medication that they NEED and MUST have, not just for the hell of it. Don't go here unless you want to get the run around, lied to and leave without your medication. They don't care about your health here. Go to United they actually care about their clientele.

I recently had the pleasure of shopping at the Walgreens where Michelle and Summer provided an outstanding customer experience. Michelle went above and beyond by explaining a promotion, not only assisting me but also helping the lady before me at the checkout. Her dedication to customer service stood out, especially in comparison to my previous unpleasant experiences at other Walgreens locations.Moreover, Summer deserves a special mention for her assistance with my order. The level of service and professionalism displayed by both Michelle and Summer has convinced me to choose this store over others, like the one in Hillside. Their commitment to customer satisfaction has undoubtedly earned my loyalty. Kudos to the team for making my shopping experience enjoyable and stress-free. I'll definitely be returning to this store for my future needs.

Out of all the Walgreens I have been to in Amarillo by far this is the worst. Not only are the employees extremely slow at the cash register so that means if you are in a hurry, don’t even bother stopping at this location try to go to another one trust me, mark my words you will thank me later. But it always seems like the pharmacy has something going on and someone is always in a bad mood which places them behind on assisting customers creating a 10 person line in the drive through and inside .I have stood in line at check out and in the pharmacy line multiple times for over 20 minutes just to pick up a simple prescription or to buy a simple household item.Get it together please. It ducks because this is the only 24 hour Walgreens near me
