I tried to drop a prelabelled, pre-weighed Fedex package. I placed it on the counter and waited for them to process it. The first girl lifted one end and said "this may be too heavy". I asked how heavy they allow, she said 55lbs. I said this is nowhere near 55 lbs. She lifted one end and said 'this weighs more than my baby and he weighs 50". I said this is preweighed at 22 lbs, so it's half of your baby weight. Then she called another worker "Ariana" over and told her she thought it was too heavy. Then Ariana lifted the end and said too that she thought it was too heavy. I told her I don't have to guess, I KNOW how much it weighs, it's 22 lbs. Ariana LIFTED THE PACKAGE and said 'it's too heavy for me to lift" .. !!! I am not kidding! They both refused to take my package, so I took it to another location several miles away. These 2 lazy, stupid employees refused to accept a preweighed prelabelled Fedex package using their new baby weight standard of measurement. SMH at what the world is turning into.

The Walgreens on 34th & Osage have gotten horrible. The pharmacy is the worst. They either need to hire more people and/or require their employees to take classes in how to give good customer service. My husband waited in the drive through window for 30 minutes and this wasn't the first time. I was put on hold for what seems like forever; I know I was asked to hold 6 times without giving me a chance to state I wanted. Finally after getting put through, I got hung up on. As much money as I've spend there monthly, you would think good customer service would be tantamount. My husband went up there to get my medicine and told them about keeping me on hold over and over, they didn't seem to care and the manager told him we always give good customer service. I call BS on that statement. We are going to change pharmacies now. Good riddance!

Who decided a 24hr pharmacy should CLOSE early on a holiday weekend when thousands of people are being seen by the urgent care clinics in the area. Sick with RSV, Flu and sinus infections, etc! The health center we use saw 300+ patients over the Thanksgiving holiday. Difference between dumb & stupid. Dumb doesn't know any better.

Placed a small order for delivery. Got an email telling me that 2 of the items I really wanted were now not in stock , but the rest of the order was ready to go. I get another email stating that my order has been picked up and is out for delivery. 1 and a half hours later, no delivery. I called the store to cancel the order and was told that our delivery was a "delivery fail" and we must have given the wrong information this order was placed through their app and we are staying at a well known local establishment! Then I was told that I should have picked a better delivery service umm delivery service is established through the store, the customer has nothing to do with that part. So Lydia finally did refund my card, I've yet to receive anything in regards to the delivery itself, no phone call from a lost driver No email that my order was returned to the store, nor a email referencing a refund. I use this app frequently and this is just total bullshit. No accountability, no apology, zero customer service. I will be reevaluating my use, if I still have any at all, for Walgreens.

Pharmacy closes before their listed hours. An hour for lunch seems excessive. Hire sufficient staff to run your business!

Every pharmacy apparently takes outlook insurance accept Walgreens. I think that says enough about that.

This pharmacy doesn't verify the medication you are picking up and after paying for it refuses to give you a refund or credit it to right medication after paying for wrong medication!!!

They really need to give there pharmacy technician headset to talk to car in drive thru . That pick up phone and setting it back down just rude when you are trying to talk to them . Had that problem today the girl wouldn’t let me say anything to her and she kept setting the phone down .

Second day of ad and out of A & W. Jordan refused to give Rain Check saying they should get more this afternoon. It’s slick and snowing. I’m over 60. I told him I didn’t want to make another trip back this afternoon. I asked if it was worth losing a customer. He let me walk out. I’ve worked in retail. If you’re out of a product and it’s on sale then you give a Rain Check. We’ve shopped here 35 years. Not anymore
