“I’ve taken my Airdale to BSAV for almost 10 years. They have always been caring and compassionate during my visits; which is rare these days. I went in on Sept 27th to have Reggie looked at. He’s 10 years old and suddenly couldn’t get up from laying down. When I got there they were short staffed, no AC, no computers, and all the rooms were one in - one out. All 4 staff members were gracious and took phenomenal care of us, despite the chaos. Reggie is now on the mend. Hats off to those 4 ladies! Thank y’all!!!”

Leo greeted us when we came in and verified everything for us. Wilson (our German Shepherd) isn’t a fan of going to the Vet., however Dr. Kinser and her wonderful team do such a great job every single time of taking great care of him. I am so thankful for them!”

“The best Veterinarian Clinic in Amarillo hands down! After moving to Amarillo I struggled to find quality care that my fur babies deserved! I had been to a couple of different vets whom were ok but not the care I expect! From the moment you walk in the door you are greeted by the friendliest receptionist staff! We have become very fond of Shelby! We had never met her before and she has made us feel like apart of the family! My dog Vader and cat Kylo adore her! All of the Veterinarians at the clinic are top notch but the two I use are Dr Hardy whom had went to extensive lengths to help us with our very sick cat pearl! We will never forget her compassion and care and patience with us as we had to in the end make a pretty tough choice! And she is so good with our Vader! Dr Webb is incredible with our cats and my cat in particular Kylo truly loves her! From the receptionist to the Vet Techs to the Veterinary staff they don't just make you feel like money they make you feel like family! Of course things are expensive that's ti be expected! No great care comes at a cheap price! I will never take my pets anywhere but here!!”

“We took our kitty hubert here when he was very sick they treated us very nicely and sadly our baby didn't make it he was very sick and had a swollen brain and they sent me a card after he passed and it was really thoughtful of them we really appreciated it we cremated our baby to keep him forever”

“My baby was taken right in, they discuss the prices before they did anything! They are expensive but they are available when vets aren’t, same as an ER visit. Advised for an emergency surgery. Thank goodness they were there to help!”

“I love this place!!! I just recently moved to the area and had not established veterinary service. A friend of mine had a small dog with end stage kidney failure. I went with her to see Dr. Troppy. She handled that situation so well. She wound up putting the dog down and my friend was extremely emotional. Dr. Troppy was so gentle and caring and loving with my friend during all this. Another vet who was familiar with the dog came in and just lovingly supported my terribly distraught friend. That experience told me that is exactly where I am taking my dogs for veterinary care.”
