Terrible energy with these guys. Luis is sub par in his customer service banter... Knowledge and interest in solving my issue was less than mediocre. They are either robots or Vulcans .. Both of them.... Today.... #creepy

Zip-a-Dee-Doo-Dah Zip-a-Dee-Ayy... This was the quickest transaction. I've had inside a cell-phone provider store, in a long time! Kudos to Nate and the entire team for their proficiency and willingness to help! To boot, the aesthetic is very pleasing, and the chairs are comfortable! I had a newer iPhone that I needed to replace with my old one and they got it done in a zip! I'm thankful for Verizon!

No one to greet you, all employees were in the back except for two associates. Waited about ten minutes before the others finally came out and none were actually helping anyone when in the back because they all started helping all the customers who were waiting for service

Very rude and not helpful at all , went to the store asking for help with a phone bought from Version he said it was an apple problem but would not help or give advice I would not recommend this store to anyone, called version and the walked me right through it

Went in to the store for assistance in moving my service to another provider because coverage happened to be better in the remote area where we live and I was amazed at how many people they had working the day after Christmas and how helpful they all were - even though I was leaving verizon. The other carrier I moved to, I waited 2.5 hours for them to help me, very understaffed and retail store in poor condition compared to this Verizon location. You folks who have this as your primary store don't know how good you have it!!

I needed faster speed on my phone service so I dropped my provider and went to Verizon. They greeted us at the door we signed in they said 20 min.wait time ok no problem. We then were taken aside and the tech proceeded to convert our phones over to the Verizon system. The tech answered our questions with no hesitation.all of the people that worked there were very knowledgeable about the products they offered. All our goals were accomplished in just a short time. I would encourage anyone that is looking for great service to visit this Verizon location

There was a point in time where I would have left a 5 star review for not only this company, but this store in general. I understand that with COVID, times are tough, but Verizon and their staff have drastically gone downhill since BEFORE COVID even hit. Their staff is rude, quick to get short. The online ordering process is a nightmare. 10/10 would not recommend. I'm just going to let at&t buy out my contract.
