My Mom got a wrist brace from the company. She received the brace from the doctor; however, the velcro was inferior. She went into the company in person and showed them the problem. The company showed her a product that was much superior; however, they would not exchange for the better product. The brace cost $91.27. The expectation is a product will work or you will replace. That was not the case. Their attitude was uncaring and acidic.

Valmed did not notify their patients that they are no longer providing oxygen refills or supplies. Upon calling, I directed to call another phone number and told it was BritKare. I specifically asked if they had mailed a letter to their patients and the response was "no, we did not". This is the worst way to treat patients. The proof is in their actions - they could care less if you need oxygen to breathe/live.

We moved our prescriptions to Val Med and could not be more pleased. They most often have our prescriptions on hand, they are courteous and they deliver. I highly recommend Val Med Pharmacy.

Valmed has been my saving grace since moving from Amarillo. My medications are mailed to me with no hassle and and always arrive within a few days. Marlee, one of the pharmacy techs, even goes out of her way to text me a tracking link so I can get updates on the whereabouts of my package. Thank you Valmed and Marlee for taking care of my prescription needs!

It took this pharmacy almost a month to get my Rx filled. I talked to Sherri who told me I would get a text when it was ready. A week later I called to see if it was normal for it to take a week and the lady I talked to said it was normal and to wait for my text. So, another week later I called back and let them know I couldn't believe it has taken so long to get my Rx filled when I had my Rx from Walgreens, that was prescribed the same day, for weeks already and was told my Rx had been waiting for a week. Will NOT use this pharmacy again!!!
