If the USPS wants to keep raising their prices they should atleast have someone working the counter. Too many times I come in and there is a long line with 1 person working and they don't or can't call for backup or there is nobody at the counter for extended periods of time. There is zero urgency. When you do get helped the people are friendly otherwise I would give 1 star.

Our original marriage certificate was lost. It was likely misdelivered. We will never have our original certificate now. It's in someone's trash can. Absolutely terrible service. They misdeliver frequently, but when it's very important documents that can not be replaced and are marked as such boldly on the envelope, that's totally unacceptable.

Very friendly work environment but they are always a mess when it comes to mailing/deliveries/packages. Every other month we always have some items that are missing due to the lack of attention for our address. It’s a hassle to have to constantly reach out back to sellers in regards to not getting an item delivered because it ends up on somebody else’s front porch/mailbox. I understand that there are some addresses that may look the same but that shouldn’t be an excuse to have this mistake over and over again.

The worst service I have seen!!! There is no proper way to resolve delivery issues in a timely manner with this office.

This is hands down the worst post office. I’m not sure how they haven’t made any changes to the way they operate, but it is truly ridiculous. Staff isn’t helpful, they take forever to do anything, and they make it so difficult to get your mail. It should be required that they change the way they do things because it clearly isn’t working.

Most pathetic and unprofessional treatment by the staff. I showed up for my appointment for passport and waited. 15 minutes later the lady hollered at us from across the hall saying their passport clerk didn’t show up and straight up lied that they tried to call us this morning. Not one person in the waiting line got a call from them

Do not use this station for passport appointments. Scheduled an appointment, employee showed up half an hour late then said we did not have time to fill out an application before the next appointment but that it didn't matter anyway because we did not bring the right documents.We made an appointment at the Canyon USPS office the next day and took the exact same documents. We were processed in 10 minutes with no trouble at all! The 15 minute drive was more than worth it for the wonderful customer service.

Be careful doing anything with them. Call to confirm. We booked a passport appointment only for them to tell us it didn’t work because it was on our phone. Showed them our confirmation and everything and they did not care. Not at all. Didn’t bother to offer to reschedule or have another employee help us. The “supervisor” was too cowardly to come out and talk to us about it. Sad this is the way they treat the people they work for.

Trying to get mail delivered is ridiculous. They tell me that there is no one to deliver mail to my address, I live 8 miles from the post office. The. I am out front Saturday and a mail truck passes my house …very frustrating
