Charged me $2 for two 8" pieces of tape. My friend had an Amazon label printed (two pages) and bought an envelope for $1.42. But $1 per 8" piece of tape to place on my two Amazon little bags! Are you kidding me? GTHOH

Danee was working in the store by herself. Her coworker was at lunch. She was taking care of a freight delivery, answering the phone and had a line of about 8 people. Despite this pressure packed situation she was very friendly, efficient and patient. She treated each customer like they were her only customer in the store. Doing so promptly with a smile on her face for everyone! Few people can maintain such a customer focused service experience in a hectic environment. She did so effortlessly!

One employee working, ten people in line. Hire more people please. The Wolflin UPS store always has plenty of workers.On a side note, the employees are nice here and do their best.I may just start avoiding this particular store! This is not the first time this has happened!

Bought a roll of 100 63 cent stamps and was charged 83 dollars . I tried to return them unopened next day . Will not give me my money back. Real rip of . I Will never go back to a ups store again

Whilst the staff is very helpful and kind, they are slow. The fact that UPS will not put more than one or two associates in the store to keep the line moving makes it very difficult to sit in that store, and think that it deserves five stars.
