Bought a roll of 63 cent stamps from UPS and was charged 83 dollars . (complained only 100 stamps) . They will not refund my 20 dollars, with my unopened roll and receipt . There remark was will guess you will know next time

UPS sent me some return shipping labels to return some ammo. For some reason, the vendor sent me the wrong caliber ammo. Anyway, even though UPS supplied the return shipping labels and the fact that UPS shipped the ammo to me originally, the lady at this location refused to ship it back. She claimed it was against the law, it's not. It's not a large caliber ammo and it didn't exceed 50 caliber. I called UPS customer service, not to tattletale, but to verify I could ship it. They verified their ability to ship it, and that the store should have accepted and shipped it for me. Honestly, it's not the end of the world, but certainly not something that I wanted to deal with on a busy day. I post this in the hope that their employees are properly trained in the future and to prevent this from happening again.

I took a package to be returned back to Nike last week. UPS taped the new label on for me but when I left, marked through the new label and sent the package back to me at my address. I took it back to UPS yesterday around 2:30 and explained because I know everyone makes mistakes. I was charged to print a new label and return the package for a second time. I asked the young man why I was having to pay again since the mistake was theirs and he shrugged his shoulders and said “that’s what we do” and I needed to pay. Extremely disappointed in a store I have used for years and in the lack of customer service I received yesterday and the failure to even issue an apology for the inconvenience. I’ll be using FedEx from now on.

Dropped off two separate Amazon return packages here and one never got scanned in the other never made it back to Amazon. 30 days later Amazon says they won’t refund me bc they didn’t receive return. Keep your drop off receipt and make sure they scan each item if doing Amazon returns!

Called ahead of time to see if they would accept a package from another carrier. The lady said yes just put hold for pickup and your name and we charge $7. I said no problem and had my package shipped there. They refused the package saying they don't accept packages from other carriers. What a waste of time and money.

Went in to send a package back to Amazon that I had not taped back up. The clerk chose to rip the original box and then require the purchase of a ups box for $20. Very rude about it and I ultimately left without shipping the package back. Avoid this location!

Customer service at this location is extremely lacking. The employee at the counter was rude. Just bangs on the counter for you to leave your package up there never really speaks to you. And argues about the price even though you got the price off their website. Maybe she was stressed because her line was so long. Because it was extremely long. Every time I go in there I have to wait a long time.
