My package arrived in Amarillo Texas and they are still holding it for what I don't know. It says to be delivered on June 29th and now when I called it won't be delivered until next week. I really expected this package when told it was going to be delivered on June 29th I ordered 2 weeks ago and now I have to wait another week. This is really ridiculous!! This package is very important to me.

I have no fault with UPS as a whole. But the local distribution center in Amarillo is very mismanaged. I was waiting for an important package on a Friday and was notified. It was out for delivery. An hour later I was notified the delivery was rescheduled for Monday. After calling UPS headquarters who coordinated with the local distribution center I learned that they accidentally put it on the truck. However, they assured me that the truck it was on was still going to be in my area and the package would still be delivered. However, it was never delivered. When I called UPS again that night they told me I could pick it up at the distribution center next day. However, the local center would not answer the phone on Saturday to arrange pick up. This local center does not hold the same level of Customer Service as their corporate headquarters does. And you would assume an area like Amarillo would be the opposite.

I report it when my packages don't make it to my home and the issue still is not resolved. This week I had a package not get here, reported it, was sent replacement and that was delivered somewhere else too! So frustrating and costly!

I cringe when I know UPS is delivering to me. The latest fubar is that their driver laid an ENVELOPE down FLAT on our porch on this day with 30-50mph winds. Who does that?!! He didn't even try to anchor it with the heavy doormat or the large BRICK right by the door. By the time I received the delivery notice and went outside, of course the envelope was long Gone With The Wind.Since online and phone contact are all-digital and useless, I drove to the UPS Customer Center on the outskirts of town. The clerk called the driver, who confirmed he did indeed just lay the envelope on the porch. Again, WHO DOES THAT?!!

UPS is completely unreliable in rural areas. They use any excuse possible to not deliver to our address, claiming weather events when the day and week is great weather! Then delay delivery by several days and once an actual snow storm hits they have to thus delay even further. If they had only delivered on the correct days before the storm then we wouldn't be waiting over a week past delivery. Even now when roads are good and everything is clear they are still delaying delivery several days. UPS also claims that our address doesn't exist all due to the fact that delivery in rural America is not their cup of tea. I absolutely hate that most everywhere you order things from uses UPS and wish they would give us the option to choose another carrier. UPS has extremely let us down and I can't even contact a person to talk to them about this. They need to improve for rural delivery!!

Ups in general is the worst shipping company to exist. They won't drive to my house so I have an account I PAY for to get all of my packages redirected to a pickup location near me, but apparently that doesn't matter since all of my recent packages have been held at this location. But this time is the last straw because I had two packages that were expensive and can't be left in the heat held at this location. I was told of this last night (friday) when they were already closed and they went be open until Monday Meaning both packages will be ruined as this facility has no air conditioning. I am so beyond pissed this is the worst company and I I had the time and money this would be a bigger complaint than just a Google review.
