If you are looking for zero service, this is the place to go. Staff standing around as heavy boxes are coming in with zero desire to help the customer. Additionally adding to the frustration, a staff member was walking out as I was walking in with a 70 lb box and waited for me to open the door.

Charging $3.50 to print a label for Amazon return? Y’all must be desperate for money. It’s .25 to make a copy.Ppl pay a monthly fee for free returns and y’all charge for a single print out?? Nah that ain’t desperate that’s greedy. I’m hoping Amazon finds another company to do returns.

I used to have an account with UPS I shipped boxes every day I took a box to them. They did not like the box I had and they wanted the box unboxed, so they could re-box it, and charge more money. When everything was said and done they wanted to charge me $200 to ship a box that should’ve been done for $50

Why do they insist on your name when they aren't creating a shipment? I'm just dropping off or have an Amazon return with QR code. They get snippy if you don't want to share unnecessary info in front of 20 people.

Great Service, but overall wouldn’t tend to use UPS again. Overpriced for absolutely no reason. Wouldn’t let me pack my own box nor by tape. Money isn’t always an issue but along with shipping was 60+ for 7 pounds total of items. Rather use the post office for more reasonable source of assistance

Got the displeasure of meeting their employee Allison. I was doing a run for a client, I'm a caregiver. She was rude, slammed the packages around which were school packages with Telescopes and Laptops and printers. I asked her to be careful and her reply was "the boxes are sturdy". My client called her because she was confused, she thought the school was supposed to pay for the labels and such. She rolled her eyes, she did apologize for doing so but I mean. Its just unprofessional. Just ugly. If I was having a bad day that would have just made it worse. I feel bad for anyone struggling that has to deal with her. Charged me almost $19 for just printing off 4 labels and making one new one.

Always helpful! Very nice people work there. I'm handicapped and they were there for my every need. This is my favorite UPS store to go to! I highly recommend them.
