We ordered my niece her birthday cake for her special day. It was really terrible. Chocolate drooping over the edges. Terrible designs, we contacted them about it. The cake decorator had no remorse or sympathy and was rude about it. Would not buy from again ever and will tell my friends and family not to buy there. And tell them to tell their friends and family. Terrible customer service.

Beautiful store! Meat & produce were above average! I hope the merger only makes United even better. It's ok to be part of a big chain but it's better for everyone if Kroger lets the panhandle krogers continue to cater to the unique needs of this part of the world!

This store is the most understocked story, i order with uber eats and so many replacements items, everything I order so many items need replacement, all the other United supermarket are so much better and fully stocked.

The staff was very friendly. The store was very clean. Being from Kansas, I travel to Amarillo to Dr's. I've stopped at the United store several times for one thing or another. It's a very nice store.
