One of the main reasons that I visit this store is because of the people. It feels like home. I love visiting with the sackers and checkout people it still has a small hometown feeling to it. I might pay a little more at this store than others but it's worth it for the service.
When I've had a long day, I go here to relax and unwind. Everything is clean and tidy!

We shop here often. Most of the time, they are very like the old United Supermarkets. Good to great service with shelves being well stocked and the store is clean. You will very seldom see long lines, and they take your groceries out to your car for you. There is a deli, a cafeteria style counter, and a meat and seafood counter. The selection of individual and fresh pre-prepared meals is reasonably large. The only reason for the 4 stars is the fresh fish counter. I can't smell it, but my wife does, and she hates coming to this store because of the smell.

All united supermarkets are over priced, the vast majority are outdated, many are staffed by employees who would rather not be there, this united possessed all three, and just feels gross.

They always have the best meat because they cut them on site, not in some meat factory. You can get them cut the way you want!

The employees are rude. The pharmacy is not open at convenient hours and they gouge their drug prices. Their meat selections and cuts are over priced and under delivered as in bad quality. They never have what I am looking for when I do find anything that I'm looking for the box is damaged or opened, so I would not want to purchase it or it is so ridiculously overpriced that it is not worth purchasing. I will never shop at united again. They have really gone down hill.

Looking for a place without "self checkout," I tried United again. I'm disappointed again. The real checkout person was slow as molasses in February. I'm not going back.

placed my first online order. when i arrived to pick it up, i was given half of my order and half of someone else's order. when i corrected them they were kind enough to get the rest of my items to complete my order. i normally check my eggs, however i figured with an online order, they would do this for me. when i get home i begin to put up groceries and for some reason felt to check the eggs. there were a couple of broken eggs. had to drive back to get them replaced. a manager came out of the customer service office and said she would replace them. when she came back, she plopped them down and said there you go. i said, i don't even get an apology? she raised her voice and was practically yelling at me. i told her she didn't have to yell, but she claimed i started with attitude. instead of saying she would bring this to the team's attention for improvement. she continued to yell at us even as we were leaving the store. i have never had this level of service at a United Supermarket. i will not return to this store. multiple mistakes on the same visit. also left off my bread from my order. i didn't bother with it. hopefully she was having a bad day and doesn't treat other customers this way. not acceptable.
