Will never use their concierge/catering services again. When I place a food order, I expect it to be made fresh. Mini croissants turned out to be giant croissants cut into slices ( not the presentation I was shown in pictures nor did I wanted for a bridal shower) with very little amount of chicken salad and the turkey pesto had almost no pesto. Both extremely dry and did not taste fresh. The deviled eggs tasted horrible and we trashed them ( looked at the date and they obviously got them from the counter- made 2 days before the event ) as per the tea sandwiches- the Gouda cheese with bacon was good, the cucumber barely had any of the dill cheese, making it dry. As per the employees in charge, only the deli assistant manager was nice and apologetic. The deli manager never called me back. When I called a second time, she wasn't there (again) and they transferred me to concierge- she was the one that originally took my order and could care less about how I felt about the food quality or presentation and interrupted me and asked just to tell her what did I wanted them to do in a very cold and to the point matter since she was not "in charge" of the deli. Originally, I requested some refund, then I called back and told her I didn't want their money and that I just wanted them to be aware of the poor quality of food and presentation they provided me and not allow this to happen to the next customers.

The new managers are rude and disrespectful to customers. They have no professionalism nor customer service experience. Avoid this store if possible. Customer service has reached a new low. LOGAN, an assistant night manager has no education in customer service. Until now, I had no problems in the past with the managers. This arrogant woman acts as if she is superior to the customers and speaks to them in such a manner. LOGAN believes herself to have complete authority while she is in charge, and her attitude shows that she doesn't answer to anyone. Avoid going here to avoid a bad experience with this horrible manager. She gives you the third degree if you have to return something, as if this company doesn't already make a big profit overcharging for sale items.

Market Street always clean and in general I have no complaints about the overall layout of the store. Employees are also generally nice and I've never had an issue interacting with them whether at the registers or on the floor. Market Street major negative is that everyone in the world shops here so if you don't plan your trip here at a decent time, you could find the shelves bare. It also seems like such a struggle to make an in and out trip into this store, even when only grabbing an item or two. The prices can be a little over the top, so Market Street really just my backup store or if I'm looking for an interesting spice or sauce or something that I couldn't find at another store. They always seem to have it!

After returning home I discover two of my items that were on the receipt were not bagged. When I returned to bring to the attention of the clerk, she informed me they would have to review the film. Then said she remember placing them in the bag. I live in California and was in town to help my 86-year mother decorate her home for the holidays, the reason I mentioned this is simply to explained how incensed I was about not being truthful or so it seemed for the raspberries and blackberries that were missing. I could possibly understand if I looked like a person that may have tried to pull a fast one but what happened to the customer getting the benefit of the doubt. For the seven or so dollars the store would have clearly become aware of after reviewing there film I was not about to stand around for however long at 67 years of age. BAD SERVICE.

I just had two employees go above and beyond and want to say thank you and want them to know how much I appreciate it! I believe their names are Katie working checkout in market street and Cory who I believe is a manager. Please let the store manager know these two are amazing with customer service!

The ready meals in Amarillo cannot hold a candle to the ready meals that you find in Lubbock, Texas.
