Honestly I used to love this pharmacy but since long time ago this pharmacy is not the same… The line is always long…they’re so slow and when they say 20 min it really means 1 whole day or sometimes never if u don’t call and ask for it!!! I moved all my prescriptions today to Walmart way better more… faster….

The pharmacy is a joke! Nothing is ever ready when they say it will be. The line is always long long long!!! Today we caught them in an outright lie so all they did is lie to cover up their lie. We will be moving all prescriptions today and I highly suggest anyone getting pills from this location to move immediately. They are horrible to work with and we tried

my biggest complaints is with the pharmacy I'm new to Amarillo and I've use the pharmacy three times and they've messed up two times on prescriptions and they lost my insurance information and my wife was picking up a prescription for me and they did not have my card on file! I had given it to them 4 weeks ago)and she had to pay full price for that prescription versus coming back and waiting another 20 minutes to be seen they're terrible

The staff is always helpful if I have a question. They have a decent selection but they are one of the smallest United’s I have been inside so that makes the quantities available smaller. The cashiers are nearly all very friendly.
