My family and I have been coming here for over 15 years. I will be moving all of our prescriptions to Walmart.
The pharmacist straight up lied to me. Yesterday I was told that they would be getting a shipment of my medication at 2pm today. Today, I was told if I wait 30 min my prescription would be filled. So I waited in the store. I was then told that they could only do a partial refill, to which I accepted. This was at 5:35. A few moments later I was informed that they legally couldn’t do a partial fill. So why was I asked? And that’s not true, they’ve done it in the past and I have google. If I was informed when I initially arrived, I could have called my dr and had the proscription moved, but the office closes at 5:30. woman behind the counter was great but the actual pharmacist has zero compassion.

This pharmacy is absolutely the worst! The manager needs to go spend a day at market Street pharmacy on Georgia to see how you actually run a business. After leaving almost every time completely frustrated, I've decided to move my prescriptions and I will drive across town to avoid this place.

I’ve been getting most of my meds here for 5 years. Every year it just gets worse in the customer service aspect. A lot of times they run out of certain meds and I go days without taking my most important meds because of their lack of inventory. Thinking about switching pharmacies.

Extremely rude staff. Tried to drop off a prescription. Stood there for 5 minutes with no one waiting in line to even be acknowledged. I understand they are working but come on. Also, when I stated I need to drop off a prescription the lady ripped it from my hand. I asked would you like to see my insurance, was told “I don’t know do I? Is it new insurance or what.” I said yes ma’am it’s new. She ripped from me that as well. Stated it would be about an hour. I said okay thanks. Then called almost 4 hours later and they stated they couldn’t find it when they were bickering in the back ground when they had me on speaker. Then it’s going to be another hour. The most rude staff ever. We will never go back

The most horrible place you could go to for prescriptions. Go here if you want your health to decline. If I had to choose between going here or walk all the way barefoot and sunburnt to Bell street in the 100 degree weather, I’m already out the door walking gladly than to go back to that hell hole. When they tell my mother our family’s medicine is ready it’s actually not, or if the medicine is ready we’re missing an important medication that we asked to be refilled. Sometimes my fathers patches are not ready when needed. This is huge, my father has a broken back and hip. Today was the last time. Not only do the pharmacy techs have the worst, unnecessary, disgusting attitudes but they don’t even try to acknowledge a customer’s health that can be at risk, nor do they acknowledge the person who is talking to them and asking questions. Coming from someone who has worked in a pharmacy as well as my mother who has worked in the pharmacy for 32 years, folks this isn’t just some rude person complaining because my meds were missed. I see what they do, and how they treat people and what they could be doing to help people. This place needs help. Or you aren’t gonna be getting any from it much sooner. -serious regards.

Be extremely careful with double checking any scripts filled here. Twice now my mother has been given the wrong medication by this pharmacy. The first time they admitted to it, the second claimed she was a liar and that they don't stock the medication they gave her. She hasn't suffered any long term effects, but not everyone will be so lucky.

Very negative experience. Will not call ins. for a temp refill to get paid, will not call doctors to sort out any problem. To top it off they hung up on me. Very unprofessional. Go to CVS or Walgreens, much best service. Sadly :(

I just left there and CJ was working the drive thru, she is one of the rudest employee that I have encountered at this United. Very rude and not very personal to the customers at all.

The staff there are all so rude. I tried to schedule my second covid vaccine with them, and they refused to work with my schedule. My first appointment was scheduled at 6 pm, and at the time they told me I could go back again at 6 pm whenever the second dose was due. Then, a week before my second dose was due, they said I could only get it before noon because they only want their pharmacy student giving the vaccine, and she leaves at noon. I told them I work 8-5, so before noon doesn't work. They told me I would just miss the second dose then, and they hung up on me. FYI, I know there are two pharmacists there at any given time, and both are able to give the vaccine. You're not too good to vaccinate someone just because you have a P3 who can do it for you. Get over yourselves. That's just extremely poor patient care.

Seriously, Albertsons buyout of United ruined this place. I'm going to Walmart now. Can't find anything, everything misplaced. Lots of brands gone from the shelves. Those poor employees doing such a great job of being friendly despite the obvious frustration from all shoppers who are used to the layout. Albertsons management should go back to the original layout and the original Texas brands.

Really great people and really care about their customers and their community. Just an amazing business and great place to shop and visit. can't say enough about the incredible staff I have met there and how good they are to me and everyone for that matter.
