I never know when my RX is ready, whether the pharmacy received the RX from my doctor. No email, no text, and the app - it doesn't work! Does anyone care??????

How can you consistently be out of common medications? Why can you not notify the customer when their medications are out of stock? How is it my responsibility to locate the meds I need at another United Pharmacy, then go through the pain of having my doctor transfer the prescription to another location. Can your pharmacies not backfill shortages from stock at other stores?Last I checked, I am the customer in this scenario and with all of the "big box" competition out there United Pharmacy should, at the very least, make an attempt to EARN my business.

For the last 4 months, I have struggled to get a monthly perspiration without problems. It's a simple allergy pill monthly prescription. Once they tried to give me 15 days, not my normal 30 days. Then, on 2 separate occasions, they didn't have any on stock, and it would be a day or 3 to get it. I even to a different location which always has it in stock (45th and Coulter) but always have problems finding it in the system and having problems last 2 months trying to transfer the prescription from Soncy location. This is last month. I'm going back to walgreens.

I actually like this store because it is cleaner than the other United stores. However, 75% or more of the products I attempt to buy or inadvertently buy is expired. One jar of sauce I bought actually expired a year ago, sausages are a week expired, and orange juice is months old. As busy as they are, you would think they'd have it together. I shouldn't have to check all the expiration dates of every single item I purchase from a store that is supposedly the best in the area.

I like United Pharmacy, not as hectic as CVS. But , today an employee was realllllly rude to my husband. He needed his meds TODAY! NOT TOMORROW!This was actually a doctors mistake to begin with, but the pharmacy employee was out of line instead of trying to help.

I use United Pharmacy because I grocery shop there and it's convenient to pick up meds when I pick up my groceries. But their pharmacies have really gone downhill over the last several years. Common meds are out of stock and have to be ordered way too frequently. They used to be really good about notifications when meds/refills are ready, but for some reason this happens rarely now. This is especially frustrating when a medicine is not in stock and you go to pick it up - only to find that it's not in stock and has to be ordered. There is no reason for such poor communication, especially when plenty of time is given before trying to pick up a prescription. I will continue shopping at United for my groceries, but I'm going to start filling my prescriptions somewhere else.Edit on 7-7-22:I've been using Walgreens to fill prescriptions since writing this review and the difference is amazing. Such a better pharmacy than United's!

The pharmacy has gone to hell. Nobody knows what they're doing. Very uneducated and rude. All the employees that knew what they were doing are sadly gone. This place needs a whole new group of people to work.

We visit here 3-4x a week since arriving in Amarillo. Everyone is kind and helpful. It's taken some getting used to having the kids so readily willing to help bring our groceries to the car, even first thing on a chilly and windy morning.

Was told my rx would be ready at 4:30p. When I went to pick it up at 5:00p, I was told it would be another 20 min. I returned at 7:00p and waited in line for another twenty minutes, it was still not prepared. Had to return the next day and stand in line for another thirty minutes. I won't be wasting any more of my time here. Walgreens and CVS have much better service.
