Worst place to pick up. Need 26.25$ for washout debit/efs code. 23 hours to get loaded and receive paperwork.

Staff are Good, But Standard Tyson experience for picking up a load (washout on site, drop/hook for most big carriers, small bobtail lot with no facilities for waiting on-site if you want but don't expect load to be ready until near Drop Dead Time. I wait here almost 8 hours, not a good experience

Tyson foods is pure trash…the Amarillo plant has to be the worst of the worst, this is the only company that allows, racism, double standards, alcohol & drugs on the premises, parking lot & locker room. If you have an legitimate legal complaint, don’t hope for an positive outcome, the company truly doesn’t care for its employees, despite what they tell you every day.I’ve realized that if this company did care, they would not have to spend so much time & energy trying to convince its employees otherwise. Guys like Faik Osmani, Fred Brown honestly care nothing. (If you are an American far as they are concerned you’re nothing),now I shall touch on the Amarillo plant (Eternally worthless HR department, (Tony Orazio, Belinda (last name unknown) you go to them when you’re supervisor does nothing, expect the same results. all I am doing is informing & educating, if you’re looking for a quality place of employment, for your own sake, don’t make my mistake, skip past Tyson Foods.

Standard Tyson experience for picking up a load (washout on site, drop/hook for most big carriers, small bobtail lot with no facilities for waiting on-site if you want but don't expect load to be ready until near Drop Dead Time). And yeah, it stinks, it's a meat plant.Awful place to deliver to if you have additional stops afterwards or otherwise need to wait for the same trailer you brought in to be unloaded. They lost the seal for my next stop, changed the temp setting on my reefer for no reason, and they acted like signing for the changed outbound seals to replace the one they lost was a massive burden. I'm used to multi-stop loads causing confusion with the whole "some of the cargo on the trailer belongs to someone else" thing, but didn't expect this level of absolute nonsense from delivering to a Tyson facility!

Been here a few times and it's always a good experience. The empty trailer lot can be difficult at times but that's not due to Tyson

Knight transportation driver:Have been waiting for 10 hours for a live unload for pallets. Supposedly, they said empty in the system, and I've checked twice. I've called them twice, and I stopped by to check with the same seal placed on it. Had to go to the office to have them call the warehouse personnel. Alittle bit of back and forth and said they'll take care of it. Will update. Night & day shift office personnel: very professional.Arrival :8amDeparture: will update , currently 6:30pm

They get 1 star because of the damn girls working in the guard shack. I stood at the window for 10 minutes while they carried on socializing and playing with their phones while trucks piled up waiting to get out. The people in the office and washout area, however, were polite and helpful. If I could give the 5 stars I would. Tyson needs to get a handle on all the socializing in the guard shack though.
