Joel is a great guy and salesman. His service and dedication is unmatched in the industry. He will sit down with you and read the entire owner’s manual to you to ensure you are familiar with the vehicle you are buying, even turning this into a stand up comedy act as well. My kids and family absolutely loved eating popcorn and listening to him read the manual both in English and Korean just for our safety. Savings don’t just stop at his lot either. Showing me how to change out tires and oil changes has been a revolving door of savings well beyond the day of the vehicle sale. His personal guarantee to be available to us 24/7 for any questions we might have is so reassuring.Overall I cannot put into words Joel’s over the top service. As I write this review I am eating the homemade lasagna he brought over for dinner as his continuation of 5 ⭐️ service. Thanks for everything and I cannot wait to see the dress your wife is hand sewing for my little Suzy.

There are still good people in this world, who do things not seeking glory or recognition, but to help people in need. I recently picked up another tow vehicle from TX66 Auto on Georgia, Greg and Joel were great to deal with, I picked up the vehicle, filled it with Gas and took it home on my way to the shop to park it. Went back out and it wouldn’t start, felt like a dead battery, Allen came over and swapped the battery for me because he’s a life saver in my current health state, still no start.. I called Greg to see if he had a place to take it or have it towed or a recommendation before I reached out to my normal shop of choice , he went over board after a bad day on his end with vehicle issues and showed up at my house with a new starter and a mechanic, swapped the starter and got me rolling, would not accept payment and it was not something he had to do after the sale was complete.. can’t say enough good things about this ordeal.. I got blessed.. I was not looking forward to changing a starter on my rock driveway in this heat
