This hotel is located off the highway and near Cadillac Ranch. The rooms were clean and the staff friendly. A good tip for a night in Amarillo.

Pros- Pet Friendly- Affordable Rate- Very fast check in- Clean Room- Enough space for my family- Quiet (*see cons)- Plenty of towels- Enough outlets to charge all devices with some to spare for a family- Ice machine right next to water bottle fill up- Delicious Breakfast with plenty of food (* see Cons)Cons- Low Shower Water Pressure- No way to turn the existing bathroom fan on manually- No way to provide natural light without fully exposing ourselves (perhaps upper blinds may help?)- Could hear neighbors flushing- Short/early breakfast window (6-9)

The hotel location is close to I-40 road and makes it easy to leave the city or enter it.The feeling of warmneth and home style hotel.Breakfast was good. The point that can't be missed in that hotel is the lobby coffee which is amazing taste.

This had more of a college dorm feel, but it was quiet and the bed was 100% amazing.

Stay for the night and enjoy watching the prairie dogs from your room.

Trigger warning - emetophobia (including image). Unfortunately, I slept all night next to what appeared to be vomit between the mattress and bed frame. I got in late and went straight to sleep. I should have checked the bed fully before ever getting into it. Either the sheets weren’t changed or the staff saw the mess and just left it. It was also on the floor, so not sure if anything was cleaned in the room before my arrival. I received a call from management who was very apologetic and comped the room.

I have always loved Tru, but this hotel staff is horrible. Very bad attitude. Second time staying here in 3 weeks and this staff is very unprofessional and uncourteous. We got in at 2am and asked for extension and the guy extended to 1 pm check out.At 9am the housekeeping guy (chewing tobacco & confused) knocked and then we called the front desk and he says (very unprofessional guy) it is normal routine check. Then he calls at 11:30 and hangs up. Then the same housekeeper opens the door and comes in at 12:30. I will stay here ONLY if I have no other option. Great place and very bad staff. I would give it 0 stars if I could.

My room was beautiful, the whole place is very well maintained. Blake checked me in and was very helpful and kind. The hotel is pet friendly and even has little Polaroids of some of the dogs who have stayed in the lobby. My only negative is I don't like the new style of luggage carts with three wheels, which is all they had available.

Nice clean hotel, room was clean but small. Only one elevator worked, which isn't good with four floors.

We stopped here on our way to Dallas and were very pleased with the accomodations. I love when hotels have hard flooring instead of old gross carpet, especially when traveling with our dog. The rooms felt clean and, though a little small, worked well for our one night stay. (Not that people usually pick hotels based on this but I also appreciate they've gotten rid of wasteful bar soap. More places need to do this!)

Good basic option for overnight stays. Clean rooms with good amenities. Hotel parking is large and good option for vehicles with trailers.

Great place, it was very clean!! Great breakfast too. The lobby and rooms are very upscale and modern, the room I stayed in was a double queen room and it was set up in a way that made the room very easy to get around in. Only thing I noticed was that you could hear people walking around upstairs easier than most other hotels I stayed in. Seems like it needs a bit more soundproofing when it was built.

Clean. Rooms are smaller than what I'm used to with Hilton. Breakfast is a bit skimpy, but there is stuff.
