The office manager Forrest is a pleasure to deal with, however I found some recommended repairs changed from moment to moment which made this old woman traveling alone some what cynical and sceptical. After 4 wks of repairs I dared to trust my gut and decline further expenses to drive safely home. Buyers be ware. Took them 24 hours to diagnose and change a headlight! They also didn't let me know that my car wouldn't be ready until the next day. I had to call them for an update. Totally unsatisfactory.

Took our family car in on a Friday morning, our car was completely done by that following Tuesday. The customer service is Excellent. They keep you updated with any work that’s being done via text along with pictures. I love how they visually show you exactly what the issue is, without you feeling like you’re being pushed into something your vehicle really doesn’t need. Will certainly be doing business with them again.

5 stars for excellent service and personable staff! Highly recommend. They serviced my Mercedes SLC AMG 43 with skill and speed. Top Gun Auto is my new service company now.
New review— we had so much Jeep trouble on a visit to Amarillo and only 1 day to fix it. Though Top Gun is always busy they made time for us. In 1 day they ran every test possible with no answers, then figured out what was wrong. Before we left the owner himself checked the air in our tires to help with the long drive ahead. You won’t find a more experienced and ethical auto repair shop than Top Gun. The people there are amazing humans.

Great service. Always fast and you know exactly what you are going to be charged. Had problems with a set of brakes and rotors. Got a new upgraded set and my car drives great now. Always appreciate Top Gun!

This shop is just a few blocks away from where my wife works. When I needed an alignment, they were able to get me right in the same day and were done in about an hour!!! Another shop had told me it would be up to 3 hours and were more expensive and not as friendly. I will definitely be using Top Gun Automotive in the future!!!

They did a great job. I spent days trying to find the problem with my ac blower motor and they found and repaired it in less than an hour.

My wife and I were on our vacation driving through Amarillo when the engine light came on our dash. We were at there shop when they opened the next morning. Even though they had a shop full of cars and others waiting to be seen, they helped us find the problem and solve the issue. We found the owners and staff to be very helpful and courteous.
