How do you guys not have hot coffee or anything during a cold day. I went there for coffee and non of the machines worked. No signs or anything saying that the machines were broken, And none of the employees cared enough to come help me. I get it if you guys were out but how hard is it to refill?

I was just in and all I came in for was a 44 ounce water. The sign says that it’s $1.76. OK, cool I have enough for that. Go to the cashier tell me it’s $2.15 and I told the woman that it’s not what the sign says and she stood there and argued with me and then told me to dump out my drink and so I just left and told her I was gonna call the corporate because you should not be having a sign saying it’s gonna be more than what you’re supposed to. I’ve seen other people on here have that issue. I tried to Call to speak to a manager because I genuinely feel like I was being charged more than what I was supposed to and was being scammed and of course there’s no way to get a hold of anyone at this location

Came here yesterday to discover the most vile, fecal creature lurking in one of the stalls, and the employees standing around like CSI looking at it. Came back this morning and the creature is still there. Dunno how you can maintain a bathroom this way, but they are doing this place a great disservice by not cleaning the bathroom.

The cashier tried to charge me over $3 more for a #4 super size than what was posted on their sign. When I said something about it, she says that the prices are wrong. I said that's not my problem, I'm not paying more than what you have it posted for. She replies with it's not her problem either and that they have emailed the upper management and have received no response. Again, not my problem. I didn't make that purchase, however we had already purchased other food during the same visit and it was so dried out and cold we couldn't eat it.

I get coffee here every morning. Pretty much every other morning, without fail, my last sip of coffee is full of coffee grounds. It's become a running joke between my coworkers and I.
