Went and got a state inspection, they were professional and friendly. Treated me like a customer would want to be treated with respect. Their pricing on their charges are very competitive with other companies. They honor Veteran discounts.

Charged my daughter 429.00 for oil change and front axle and rear axle and transfer case! She didn’t understand what they were doing and what it was going to cost! After talking to the manager he got it down to 350.00! Do not recommend this place at all! They need to make sure people understand what there wanting to charge them before they do the service!

Be blunt and tell them “oil change only”. They will try to sell you minimum 3 services you don’t need. It was way more to even get an oil change than I’ve ever paid anywhere else. $25-30 more. I mentioned this and they said well let me get my manager. Im like say what?!? We dont need a manager. Good lord. Just charge me and let me go on. The manager comes in confused im like dude it’s nothing, its just the charge was higher than id ever paid, its fine yall set your prices i get it, it was just substantially higher than ive paid even when gas was higher than it is now, and i was simply asking if he had something cheaper that was compatible with my car. And if he doesn’t its fine. I don’t want a discount or a favor. Its ok. Im nodding and he precedes to give me a lecture about customer experience and wanting to make sure i return as a customer. Really super awkward and unnecessary. I already told him i didnt need a discount. I wanted to pay the bill. He says oh i have this coupon for new customers im like thanks but i don’t need a discount. I will pay what yall ask if yall don’t have a cheaper brand its O…K.. still kept on. I wanted to get my car and go. So super awkward. Not to mention slightly embarrassing for me to say the same thing over and him keep trying to convince me of what i have no idea. But i already decided all was well but he just kept selling the car care center i guess. My advice: less is more, calm down. If a customer says they’re fine, they’re fine and done talking. Then they brought the little dish out to show me how my car was doing on fluid, wanted me to pay them to change my rear differential fluid because it was looking a little green. Green?! It’s supposed to be green!!!! ???? who are these people?! I died on the inside when they said that, tried to keep from chuckling and politely declined. Next on the serving sample platter, they said my oil, the oil that was about to be changed, was looking a little dark. ? it’s oil. Thats about to he replaced. Looked good and smooth, they said it showed signs of buildup. I saw nothing to show anything they were trying to sell me was needed. Is it cause I’m a woman? Driving a nice car? I’ll just pay for whatever cause you say i need it? Seriously. Also politely declined. They’re nice but I wouldn’t go back. I dont want to do this song and dance again. I just want an easy oil change that’s reasonably priced and least interaction possible. Hi bye hows the weather. I wouldn’t come back just because i learned if i say anything it becomes a production and they wanna sell me stuff that i know i dont need and it’s awkward. Ill go to mom and pop from now on. No, these people are SUPER friendly! I just really don’t like the upselling business model.
