I stop by this store every morning for a cup ice, pay 1.07 for ice which is no problem now in just 1 day prices up to 2.05 thats a drink price am I correct. I dont mind paying 2.05 if I got a drink but for ICE. Either the girl cashing me out was scamming customers or she was not trained correct. The water stations are 1.75 for a 16lb bag of ice. Toot N Totum must be struggling. Quick Trip and Pak Sak our my go to stores now.

Pizza is good but is this much tomato sauce really necessary? I took off all of that and still had enough left over. Go lighter and you'll be fine.

This is now hands down the best toot n Totum. Before the new manager took over this place was not the best. But since the woman (I think her name is Maria) started managing this place all inventory has been stocked and the customer service has been above and beyond, I’ve never had such an amazing experience every time at a convenience store. I have found myself going out of my way to come to this location. Good job tnt on hiring this woman. She knows how to run a business and make happy customers!

I tend to come to this location on Osage and SE 34th specifically because it's on my way home and being from AZ my kids love Horchata. Otherwise, I'd got to Pak N Sak across the street. They're much friendlier. This isn't the 1st time I've said thank you to the cashier and they've failed to acknowledge it. I could not find my wallet this morning so I did pay with change. Once upon a time when I was a cashier at Circle K, I always told my customers who were embarrassed by paying with change that "money is money it spends the same". And gladly accepted it, I never made them feel less than. However, that is what your cashier did. Seemed irritated that I was paying with change then didn't acknowledge my saying thank you. It was a young lady at the register and this took place around 7:15-7:20pm. Not good customer service.

Waited at the drive-through speaker for five minutes. No response. Pulled up to the window. 3 employees make eye contact and ignore me. Went across the street to pak a sak. Had everything I wanted, from the drive-through, in under a minute.

The car wash has turned terribly trashy no one picks up. The vacuum area looks horrible. The vacuums are plugged up. Some hoses are missing. Glass and trash every where. No way to run a business.

So me and my husband come here To store #94 mostly on the weekends because we live on the other side of town we come in here and spend a good amount of money on snacks and stuff for the weekend because we’re visiting my mother-in-law on this side of town today July 24 I walked into the store to buy lotto two ladies were talking at the register one of them turned around and then she looked up past me like she was looking outside I said oh I’m sorry are you busy I thought maybe she was waiting for a customer to come back in with some more money or something she said no and then I asked her that I wanted lotto and she rolled her eyes at me she actually rolled her eyes at me three times I said never mind just forget it I’ll just go to another store you don’t have to roll your eyes at me and I walked out and went to the store on 27th and Ross
