Car wash is horrible! Paid for washcloths but didn’t have any to exchange. Don’t use brush anymore to remove bugs. Didn’t dry hood and never dry car below windows or back. Pay more now for less benefits.

Took a vehicle in for an oil change and it was not leaking. Now we have it at another repair shop because the oil drain plug is leaking. We gave Toot n Totum the opportunity to look at the truck. We literally took it back within hours of them completing their service with the new leak. Do not recommend this place.

Really great hours and by far, my favorite in town! I enjoy the car wash memberships at TnT but let me say that this one is managed best. These guys go the extra mile when I have bugs splattered all over my grill and windshield. They're friendly and attentive, which is more than I can say about the new one located off of Georgia & 58th. Major kudos to this crew!

Every time I come into this Toot’n Totum location I am always unbelievably disrespected by the assistant manager. I’m not trying to say that I deserve all the respect in the world, but I work a retail job so I know there’s a baseline to how you should treat people. This lady is so inexcusably abhorrent and maliciously sarcastic that I’m not even sure a write-up will help the cause. Hopefully enough of these reviews will get her re-employed elsewhere. If you’re going to constantly treat people like utter garbage, maybe work somewhere else where you don’t have to address the public. Thanks for letting me vent

Went in for a state inspection. Technician spent more time on his phone than working on vehicles. Waited 30 minutes and was no closer to getting my car inspected so I left.

I have come here regularly over the years and it has simply decreased in quality over time. On my most recent visit I came in behind two other men who had been there already. I only needed my oil to be changed and some transmission oil to be changed. Now, two hours later my car has not been finished and the technicians are making excuses as to why they have not worked on it. Now I am a pretty patient person. I do not mind waiting. But after reading 100 pages of the book I brought to read while I waited, I began to wonder if I was being too calm with their complacent work ethic. You can say I just had a bad experience once and that it is unfortunate all around. Yes this is true. Other people that came through had a fine experience getting work done on their car. I just hope if you decide to visit this location you don't end up like me. Added one star for $12 off due to the wait time.

I had my card skimmed here. Be careful before pumping gas. I would definitely recommend to check the slot before you insert your card.

I got a 18 dollar car wash that was awful. It has a cool light show on the new car wash but when I got home it looked bad. The soap didn't get rinsed off and streaks everywhere. I went back the next day they said we can't wash it for free. Anything could have happened between yesterday and today.
