Be careful using there car washes. Broke the arm off my wiper on my brand new truck. Talked wit someone from corporate after all the numbers I was given either didn’t work or no answer. Never heard back. Will be stating a anti toot n totum Facebook. Should be good comments.

I called the corporate office to report that a locations change machines are shortchanging and that upon trying to report it to the manager there, I got ignored and talked down to instead and they refuse to give me their name. Instead of the corporate office caring, they hung up on me and wouldn't answer the call again. I'm reporting this to better business bureau. And finding the correct office to talk to for Texas because this is illegal and I can only wonder how many people they have been skimming money from to line their pockets.

We just returned from visiting the recently opened new store at 34th and Georgia to get coffee. Worst TNT I've visited....no spigot coffee, only "fresh made" where all the coffee comes out of one location. Our black 100% Columbian coffee tasted like french vanilla, no medium cups only small and large. Staging area was nasty and the store just had a grungy feel to it. Stood in line 5 customers deep while 3 TNT employees stood behind the counter. Only one register open so it took awhile. I will not be returning and disappointed over what we thought would be great.

You need to fix the service in the perryton store they even make fun of you because I don't get the price I usually paid cashier's always in bad mood is not my fault they have to work even the management to related that behavior just horrible

Toot N Totum on 45th and Bell is awful. Just left there and nothing stocked in the cooler. No Coke, No Dr. Pepper, No beer. Asked the young girl working if theybhad single Budlight? She said we have it back there but we haven't stocked. Abd she added sarcastically.....SORRY! Left and went to Pak A Sak which was fully stocked.

If you buy a car wash you don’t want to go inside for the receipt. TNT 83.
And, if you are offering a car wash at least have the decency to post that it is NOT available at the location that you are purchasing it from. AND, if you purchase one AND have to go inside to get the receipt please at the very least have the clerk mention that you must go elsewhere to get your car wash. Please.

Poor customer service.. I had made a purchase for Vuse vape pods through their driveway.. While still in the driveway I had drove off part ways from the window wen I notice the pods wasn’t sealed and was not a 5.0 but a 2.4 instead.. As I started to back up there was a car behind me, so I went inside of the store to make the complaint.. Wen I went inside I asked for a manager and the guy told me he was the manger..I told him about my problem and he said once a tobacco product had left the store that he couldn’t take it back.. I said I had just left your driveway and couldn’t back up bc of the car already behind me.. He yelled at me and said I will not give your money back or the right pods bc it (the pods) had already left the store.. He also didn’t wear a badge and would not tell me his name or their store number.. So I didn’t want to argue w/him about the situation anymore even though he made stereotype comment stating “ you ppl think you can always get things for free.. I called their corporate office immediately and hopefully I will hear back from them soon.. I am extremely a unsatisfied customer and will not be going back to Toot’n Totum until there is something done..

Excellent company to work for but the customer service is going down hill example customer takes his own cup in for ice but gets charged for a fountain drink even after telling them and showing them its just ice and staff don't greet you as you come into stores

I had damage to my vehicle from a car wash and have called several times with no return phone calls. Receptionist is not helpful either.
