I mean to tell you, I don’t hold high hopes or expectations when something is located downtown but goodness gracious… how often do employees clean the restroom? There’s almost a mold at the base of the urinals and the one and only stall is destroyed…

Had an unfortunate experience at this location with someone who claimed to be a manager, but was wearing someone else’s badge. Originally had a 2 star review up, but changed it to a 5 star because of the prompt response from Toot n Totum. Listening to your customers and acknowledging their experience matters.

It has decent days and bad days with service. It's a convenient store so what do you expect.
