“I was traveling through Amarillo on my way home to Colorado in a rain storm on a Thursday night when I hit an unmarked median. The impact destroyed my two left tires. On Friday morning my car was towed to the Discount Tire shop at 3433 I-40 West. When I arrived at the store at about 10 a.m. and spoke with the assistant manager, Fabian, I was informed that the tires for my car, a Porsche 911, were not available in Amarillo. They had to be delivered from out of town, delivery could not be arranged for that day, and deliveries are not made on weekends. Fabian conferred with his manager, Luke, and they began a day long search to not only find tires for my car but to have them delivered on Saturday so I would not have to spend the weekend in Amarillo. The two of them worked together until the end of the day and were able to find the tires and arrange for them to be delivered on Saturday morning. They promised me that the car would be ready by 10 a.m.. Of course, I was very happy about that. The next morning at 8:30 Luke called to tell me the car was ready. I was on the road at 9. I am 78 years old and have had hundreds, probably thousands, of transactions with service providers. I can say without qualification that no provider has exceeded Fabian and Luke in the service they provided me. They kept me informed throughout the day as they searched for my tires, they were reassuring, supportive, considerate of my situation, kind, and extremely competent. They made me feel like I was a family member they were looking after. Luke and Fabian turned what had been an unpleasant experience into one in which I experienced the best of human qualities.”

“I have nothing but good to say about this company. We had a flat tire on our 5th wheel and had to use our spare. We called to see if they had these tires as they are hard to find. They didn't carry this tire but gave us a phone number of another local company that sold Good Year. 3 Hours later we had a complete blow out. (Our tires are less then 1 year old) We now have no spare. We contacted Good Sam and was told they couldn't find a technician and a tire from the same store and we would have to be towed. We were 40 miles west of Amarillo and after sitting on the side of the road for 2 hours we received a message from good sam stating they could not find a tow truck to tow us in. I started calling around and found 1 tire in Amarillo and I called Back this company and explained again my situation and they went beyond the call of duty and went and picked up the tire that I was able to purchase over the phone from another local tire store and drove out 100 miles round trip total and took the blown tire off the rim, took the new tire and put it on the rim. I could not have asked for better service from this company. Thank you Jesse, Shawn and Chad for going the extra mile when a bad day was stowed upon us.”
