Worse customer service ever, only cares about the money not about how you want it to look like. They disclosed some information from us and at the end of the day when it came to collecting our direct deposit, they then brought it up something about plates that we weren’t suppose to use for food, when they had not said anything of certain plates not being used. Didn’t appreciate the way they just dropped that on me when I asked about my direct deposit. Lucero has a terrible customer service was giving attitude face and tone throughout the whole set up. Didn’t appreciate it and wouldn’t recommend for your engagement or wedding reception.

My daughter had an amazing Quinceanera!! Dey and Lucy did a beautiful job with the Decorations !!! Definitely recommend this venue !!

We used this venue for our daughter’s wedding this past November. We picked a package we liked, picked our decorations and colors they did the rest. The owner and her assistant were very nice and took care of everything. We also got a caterer so we wouldn’t have to stress about cooking. The wedding and reception all turned out beautifully. The venue looked so elegant. We received many compliments about the wedding, reception, and dance. I was so happy with everything.

We went with Timeless Events for my daughter's wedding reception. I love how they have the place arranged, as well as how they set up everything for you. The owners are so nice and helpful. I'm so excited for this reception!

We have had mulitpal events hosted by Timeless Events. Mrs. Day is such a wonderful help. We take our vision to her and she makes it happened. Never have had an issue. The venue is well maintain from inside and out. It has a little kitchen area that comes in handy for caters. All-in-all will always recommend Timeless Events to friends and family.

Beautiful venue! Dey is great at what she does and is so helpful. I originally had my wedding scheduled in July, but due to the pandemic we had to reschedule and push it to October. Dey was so helpful and understanding through all of it. Highly recommend!! My wedding day was perfect ❤️

Omg where do I start!! Dey and her assistant were such a pleasure to work with we simply gave her our theme and they did the rest and made it look beyond what we expected, my daughters sweet 16 was amazing!! Also yes she makes you sign a contract that shows when your payments are due but let me tell you as long as you talk to her and let her know what is happening she works with you 100%! I will definitely be using her services in the future and I will refer everyone to her because they do more than what is even in there job description!! Thank you guys for bringing my daughters vision to life!!

Beautiful venue! My daughter loved it. I wouldnt have had her aweet 16 anywhere else. Dae and her assistant were so helpful. Only thing that kinda bummed me out was that the security let people walk out with decoration they were not supposed to take ? but everyting else was pereft!

This woman is so money hungry! Please do not do business with this so called christian woman! She will take your money and then tell you to take her to court,I was in her office a full 30 seconds when she started talking about suing her! Such an awful human being this thing is! She admited that she has taken other peoples money with no remorse because and I quote,"I have a business to run", is what she said.Nastiest peron I have ever come across,if you go to her facebook page she has every setting off and now I know why!
