. I went in for a one colored long acrylic set. She got so irritated at my request(s) - straightening the tip after she glued it on/ giving me an apex- another employee had to finish my nails (she was being nasty too) cause I insisted she “fixed” my nails and continued to say if I wanted the arch I would have to pay more for this service. I felt so uncomfortable I decided to leave and fix it myself guess which hand I fixed? the vibe was giving we want you to pay $60 but don’t speak up if you don’t like your nails. One star is for the nice clean comfortable salon the other is because they didn’t do too bad on my nails but customer service was terrible;(

They make it obvious they talk about clients, I never say anything but after the owner was getting more rude, I decided not to go anymore. I even tried to complement her to see if it would lighten her up, but that didn’t work. I am that client that says do what you would like and stays quiet the whole time, cause I am sure they deal with a lot. Sorry they don’t have good customer service when I go.

Everytime I go , they stare & don’t even greet, I just stand there & they don’t even say anything to me. I stayed for 15 minutes & no one even said anything. So I left mind you. They made eye contact & some were not even doing anything.

Horrible experience!!! The lady cut my toe open and I was bleeding all over the place and the lady kept on going, she poured the alcohol or what ever it was and rinsed and kept on going. As I was bleeding all over the place. I stopped her and said this hurts I dont want this anymore. You're hurting me. The lady proceeded to try and keep my foot but I got up and was trying to leave and they were writing me up a receipt and I told her im not paying I didnt even get done what I needed and you hurt me and Im bleeding everywhere!! I was walking to my car and three other ladies follow me out there trying to tell me I owe them money. Horrible horrible horrible place. I do not recommend this place to anyone!

I had no appointment and walked in to get a manicure with dip. Just make sure that you clarify what type of manicure you want. There was some miscommunication between me and the nail tech. I expect with a regular manicure to get my nails soaked, the cuticles cut, and at least lotion at the end. It was also painful when she would work near my cuticles. But that is not the case here. Apparently you have to ask for that. Wished I would have known. When I mentioned it to her she was a little rude and told me I should have asked. I tried explaining that it was my first time at this place. Also they don't offer any drinks and really are not the friendliest. But they did do a good job with my manicure. So if you come here you have to be very specific or what exactly you are wanting done.
