I use T-Mobile for all of my electronic devices that communicate using cellular system. T-Mobile's Home Internet is working great at the location I am parked at in my RV. I have signal strength that is reported as EXCELLENT by the router with 5 magenta bars out of 5. Streaming at 5G speeds allows me to run my 4K UHD TV beautifully, and all my other devices, without any slow downs that I have been able to detect.

On June 10th, my wife and I had an issue with a primary phone that was mistakenly deactivated (by the insurance company) in place of a secondary phone that was supposed to be deactivated. Javier and Cheri, the employees who helped us, worked diligently and professionally for two hours to help us to straighten out the mess. Cheri even went so far as to deal with the insurance agents on the phone to help us reactivate the primary phone and work out a way to get the secondary phone replaced and properly activated. She took control of the situation and was extremely professional. We can't thank this T-Mobile store and its employees enough for helping us through this situation.

Peter and Cheri were awesome at the Amarillo T-Mobile Westgate Location and deserve a raise. They explained everything thoroughly and went out of there way to make it a great experience and Cheri helped my Mom who’s not the most tech savvy. Peter assisted in getting me off of my Sprint account and onto my wife’s T-Mobile account with her and I. Thank you both to Peter and Cheri. Whoever reads this, give them a raise please! They’re assets to the store and company. I’ve done customer service for Marriott International as a Manager, HR, worked for USAA in Insurance and HR now for a big corporation and these 2 are top notch.

Excellent customer service. Sales personnel were not pushy or condescending. Some of us older customers don't excel in the realm of technology. The staff made my visit comfortable. Thank you t mobile for the extensive training you gave them. Cheers!

I went to Westgate Pkway and Since Rd. My phone which I bought at T-Mobile in Massachusetts 2 weeks ago malfunctions overheats and battery is low. I am on the road across the country so I need phone and navigation. The insurance guy who checks my phone says everything is all right with the phone . He is not even trying to be helpful. From his cold appearance I gather this guy cares only about himself and maybe his profits. Oh well first time in Texas not impressed with Texans. I do not like the lack of help at all

They never answer their phone so you have to go in person. I had an issue with my account so I went back in person and they said they would contact me the next day and it's now been 1-1/2 weeks! So again I have to go back in person because they don't answer their phone!

Went to two locations in Amarillo yesterday. Neither place could help me with my phone. They ended up giving me an 800 number for me to take care of the situation myself.
