Excellent service! They went above and beyond to help us with our questions and made sure we were informed and equipped to preform basic maintenance on our machine! He even went a step further and for our machine in running order while showing us step by step what to do! Amazing professionalism!!! 11/10 recommend this shop!

I bought my first Bernina from Gail and I’ve bought several since then. I have loved everyone of them. I was taught how to use every one of them. It was the first time I was taught how to use every attachment that came with my machines. I have also bought embroidery machines and sergers from them. Their service is great. They’ve also solved every problem I ever had. I can’t say enough about how good they are. I would highly recommend if you’re thinking about buying a machine buy from the Sewing Nook. You will not be sorry.

I took my Mother's serger in to see what was wrong with it. The brand is not one of the brands that they service, and before I could ask for a referral, I was told bring it in, I'll look at it.
No wait, showed me what I missed in threading the lower looper, oiled the machine up, adjusted the cutting/ seam width, and showed me how a serger works.
I purchased some new thread, and a bottle of the oil used, but I couldn't get the owner to charge me for his maintenance, repairs, time. He just wanted me to understand the machine, how to operate it, and trouble shoot if certain things happen.
I will be in the market for a new sewing machine soon, and I know where I will be buying it from.

The man who does repairs was so so helpful and took his time to show me to operate a different machine I’m used to. On top of this, he found the part I needed and was so patient! He has a lot of experience in machines and will find the solution!

My wife’s machine screen would not come up when it was turned on. We took it in and Doug thought it might be a power issue. He found the problem and made a quick fix and even installed an LED light strip kit I had bought and did it without any charge. Great service!! Thanks, Doug!!

I brought my embroidery machine in to be serviced, as I was having constant tension issues. They were so incredibly helpful, fixing my problems and talking me through how to troubleshoot future issues. She did not charge me anything for educating me or troubleshooting the issues I was having, and I was there for a good amount of time. I can’t rave about them enough!! Highly recommend The Sewing Nook!!
