“It is a rare occasion these days when you get an opportunity to give praise to a business or an individual for their exceptional service and or product but today I am able to do just that. I recently rented a storage unit from Superior Self-storage and my experience from the start to the end was nothing but wonderful.
I was greeted by Bri, a very lovely and knowledgeable young lady, who was very professional in how she presented herself and was able to answer all my questions. She then gave me a tour of the facility and showed me all the options that were available at the time. I must say I was impressed at how clean the facility was being it is out towards the edge of town. Even as nice as Bri was to deal with I was also very pleased at the price I was quoted for my unit. It was a significant savings over other units I had rented in town from other companies. And you don’t even get to talk to someone in person!

“Rented an Rv storage spot for a few months. No issues, online reservation was easy, gate access was easy and always worked. Building was perfect size for my 5th wheel and rzr. Had a little hiccup on move out but the office staff handled it very quickly and professionally. 10/10 would recommend.”

I was setting up my unit online then accidentally hit a wrong button on my phone and “lost” my unit I wanted but I called customer service and they found my unit I was setting up and helped me finish the process.
