First off all the employees I've had contact with here have always been friendly and are sincerely helpful. That said the last two times I purchased tires they didn't have them in stock and had to order them. A few weeks ago they finally got the soda fountains working after being down for a month. The gas prices are rarely a penny or two lower than local convenience stores. I shop here a lot, but I also frquently shop at Costco in Lubbock. Sam's will lose a lot of business if they don't step up their game before Costco comes to town.

Good place decent prices. I like getting custom cake orders here, cakes have great taste. However, one of the bakery ladies is rude over the phone. I was also told I couldn’t place an order for a certain day (only for pickup after 5pm) but then online I could place the order just fine for pickup at 1pm or later.

I don’t come here often and I was NOT here 3 days ago? When I DO come here, it’s a long process and I don’t really have a need for buying things in bulk? The customer service is not very helpful bc they’re so busy all of the time.. If you ask them where something might be, they point and answer with as much uncertainty as I have? They’re not rude, bc they don’t get involved too much with the customers to even be rude! They’re just not helpful bc THAT would be a distraction for them, I guess? They don’t have TIME for the customer questions..

13APR24 ~ The gas pump area was clean, spacious, and well organized. The employee working there was pleasant and exuded the good Texas friendliness. When travelling cross country and being tired this was a nice pick me up.
