The employees were not respectful several times on different occasions. It's not the cleanest compared to other Sam's. And the lighting just makes it look dirtier. I don't know what this manager is doing but this Sam's is not up to par to other Sam's in the area.

The employee charge me for installing the tire sensors in my vehicles, When, their list of prices said the installation is 0.00 dlr. To reset the sensor is 5.00 dlr and that's what he is charging me. l ask the guy and he ignored me. I didn't said anything else but l am really mad.

Sitrep: Waiting in a very long checkout line at Sam's Club. Lady managing lines: Do you want to come over here? He can show you how to do it. Me: I don't need to be shown how to do it. I don't work here. I just need to be checked out. No free labor. Ever.

I am Sams Club member since 1993. Today I went to Sams club to buy a few essentials when I went to the register line a staff named Paris walked in front of my cart ignored that I was there. She relived the cashier. She acted like we weren't even there, she stood there for a couple minutes, finally she pulled a box of gloves and proceeded to put them on. When she finished checking the items purchased, she very slowly putting the items in the basket. It was obvious that she was not interested in providing good customer service. This was not a pleasant experience. Next time I go to to Sams Club I will avoid her register. I suggest anyone reading this avoid her too. I understand that there are staff shortages and they are sometimes overwhelmed. But they were not that busy, maybe she was having a bad day but that does not give her the right to take out on the customers.

Out of too many products readily available at other location, bad open time policies, too little benefits to regular members, sad we don't have a Costco they are so much better!

I've always preferred Sam's Club over Costco, but the Scan & Go feature is genius!! If you haven't tried it, DO IT! Scan the barcodes as you shop and show your phone at the door. No cashier lines! An incredible time-saver!

Fast Review: Shop somewhere safer.COVID VIOLATION LOCATION!No mask enforcement!=====Long Review:Customers just walk in without masks, or ones with them just remove them once inside!Employees see this an do NOTHING!I want to give this place a better rating, I really do.Sadly I cannot because lives matter more than other factors. Until this location fully enforces covid regulations.. Zero stars.When they can fix that issue, I will happily change this to a better rating.Tire department, I am looking at you specifically.Wear your masks!

They have great customer service but the bathroom is so nasty and there was hair everywhere and it was just nasty!!!!

Paola at Member services had the WORST costumer service raising her voice at any question we had. Lucky Berenice was there and was super friendly and accommodating although the situation was not resolved she was very nice and helped the situation with Paola. I hope we do not have to come in contact with Paola again.

They don't give you your membership discount at the pump!! This is the only sams that I have ever been to that doesn't give you your discount (I have traveled the entire US)

My last trip there was the worst, When I asked the staff for assistance due to the fact that I am disabled, they ignored me. Door staff was rude.
