Set an appointment for them to come out and replace our windshield on our truck. Appointment was set between 12 and 5 pm today (Tuesday August 20th). We just received an email stating our appointment was canceled by Technician Clifford. We called and spoke with customer service and he stated he didn’t understand why it was canceled there were no notes on the invoice, so he was confused as well. He transferred me to someone in the shop who said Clifford said he came by our house and called but no one was here or answered. We have been sitting here all day waiting and the technician never called or came by just canceled our appointment for no reason is not acceptable or great customer service. The only solution offered was for us to reschedule the appointment with another Technician. We scheduled this appointment on Friday for Tuesday. I would love to speak to the owner of this business because his technician is not being truthful.

Made an appointment online. Got in twenty minutes later and was out in half an hour. Two rock chips fixed and car vacuumed out. Technician was friendly and knowledgeable. Insurance covered everything.

We selected Safelite to replace the windshield on our 2024 Palisade. They installed the glass before realizing the mirror hub did not line up with the mirror mount. Since the new glass was already installed, they had to wait at least a week before replacing the entire windshield. A HUGE inconvenience to have to come back a second time. They also left the state sticker off the front glass and we only noticed it when the kind APD officer pulled us over to remind us that we needed one. When returning two weeks later to get the “warranty” work done, they no longer had the state sticker and that we just needed to go get another one. Because of their flipped responses, poor workmanship, lack of attention to detail and total disregard for our time, we would not recommend nor would we EVER use them again.

Made an appointment the tech came to me was here for 8 minutes finished repair this was on Tuesday it’s now Friday and my repair has now cracked vertical in both directions disappointed spent 158 on a repair and ended up worse after I even called with questions on how repair should feel to touch the guy informed me it’s not a cosmetic repair when the visibility wasn’t even my concern

Had them replace a window for me back in 2021 and the broke the plastic molding. I’m still waiting for it to be replaced every time i stop by it’s the other persons job to call me and they never do and it’s still the same story.
Knowing what side it is and all they still managed to order the wrong side more than once. Or it hasn’t came in.
Place is a joke.

Lack of the ability to talk to a human. The customer interaction of the AI is not worth the time or effort. Wanted to actually talk to someone to figure out simple questions that are not listed in the FAQ area.

Safelite Autoglass provided excellent service when repairing my windshield. The staff were friendly and professional, and the speedy process was impressive. The technicians did a fantastic job, and my windshield looks brand new. Highly recommend!

Came in to replace VW window. Wrong size window was put in, they left broken glass in the door, dented the plastic inside of door and didn’t put it back together, then are charging us for the wrong amount. Will have this taken out and refunded at another location, and get work done somewhere else. Do not go here.
Update: our problem still has not been resolved, corporate leading us in a loop and this office not answering our calls anymore.

Best customer service ever. I showed up a week early (my mistake) and the guy at the desk said he’d try his best to get me in THAT day to work with my schedule. He has to source my back window from a local shop and then had me come in later that day. They got it all fixed up and we’re extremely nice about me showing up early. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Even came back later that day because Ford wouldn’t add my rear motor/wiper on and they did it for me. Thank you guys for making a crappy situation (entire window gone) way easier to deal with.
