I want to start with the fact that we have great living room furniture. It has held up well over this past year and is still going strong. The staff however is an totally different story. From the store manager on down to the staff under them. They simply don't know how to follow through when you give them information or needing information changed. From a change of address to new payment information. Very frustrating to deal with phone calls after phone calls over the same thing. Thankfully, I now have access to the website and can handle all our payments without the store mishandling information. Your store really needs a better way to communicate amongst each other to follow through with removing and adding new information.A happy but dissatisfied customer!2 star because the product is great.. Store and staff not so much and that really makes up the majority of a customers experience.
