I never ever leave bad reviews but I had the absolute worst ever experience with a nail salon here. I received a pedicure and a gel manicure.
Firstly, during my pedicure the pedicurist used a cuticle trimmer (?) to remove hangnails I had on both of my big toes. However instead of simply trimming them, she ripped them off very quickly which not only was painful, but it made me bleed. A LOT. And the pedicurist did not apologize or even seem like it was a mistake on her end, in fact any time she saw me watching my feet, she used a towel to hide the fact that my foot was bleeding.
When my pedicure was done I was very close to just going without the manicure but it was something I had wanted to treat myself to for a very long time and I had previously been working very hard on growing out my natural nails and was pleased with the length and shape and just wanted gel over. WELL as soon as I sit down the tech asks me what shape I want, and I answer, and no other questions asked, she trims one nail VERY SHORT which was honestly very soul crushing considering she didn’t ask me at all about length. But since she did the one the others needed to be evened out as heartbreaking as it was. When it was finally time for my polish, another worker brought the color I had picked to my tech, to which she scrunched up her nose and asked me if it was really the color I wanted. She wasn’t even the only worker there I felt was rude but that’s the instance that stuck out to me as it felt like it was just the cherry on top to a very disappointing experience.
All of that being said, my feet and my nails, albeit too short, do look fantastic and the callous removal worked wonders on my feet. But the outcome is unfortunately not at all worth the experience. And I now know better than to go anywhere other than my usual salon.

I live in Lubbock and now I'mma come back to Amarillo each time I get a manicure. $55 Manicure but done like they costed much more. Lady who did my nails was very quick and did an amazing job ? Definitely recommended if in Amarillo area

They did a wonderful job, both manicure and pedicure. Nam and other lady worked on mine and I loved it! I did the ocean pedicure and shellac manicure. Will definitely be coming back. $65 for both.Services: Foot massages

Go see Tina and Anna today!My mom and I just had amazing pedicures! My mom was so happy with her Pedi, she decided to get a manicure as well. We don't get our nails done professionally hardly ever, but this was so so nice! Tina and Anna took such good care of us and made our feet and my mom's hands look and feel incredible. Terrible management. Nails looks horrible. I went in with my daughter to get hombre nails with the dip. Her nails look exactly like the picture mine not at all, not even close. Management didn't even offer to fix just wanted to argue with me about how she explained how they would look. I called to get my money back and she refuses and wants me to go back and be down there for two more hours so they can "fix" them. Absolutely not! Did I mention my nails are crooked.

Very disappointed! Had appointments, 2, waited 45 minutes soaking and then they started on my moms pedicure but skipped me. They starting working on 2 who came in after me and my mom. Notice we had appointments, this must mean nothing here. I have been a long time customer who won't be back! Left with no pedicure just an hour foot soak:(
